Earth Elemental losing its tribe tag is for the Classic format, not the Core set. It wasn't an Elemental back then, so it makes sense. The Core set is an entirely different thing, though, so you don't have to worry :)

Defile seems to be on quite a few "Top" lists; don't know if it's on mine, per se, but I acknowledge how cool it is. Getting that perfect clear feels so good.

I don't play Wild as much as I would like: there're so many great cards from yesteryear, but I only really play my Wild decks when I have a quest that asks me to do so (...I don't actually play Hearthstone at all except when my quests are full, but that's a whole 'nother thing). These are the Wild-only decks I currently have in the game; my list would be more nuanced if we had more deck-slots, so I could better ascertain just how much I liked each class as a whole (if I owned three decks from one class but just one from another, I might say I like the former more).

They're ranked by how much I enjoy that particular deck, compared to the others:

    1. Demon Plot Twist Quest Warlock
    2. Quest Taunt Warrior
    3. Elemental Highlander Mage
    4. Dude Paladin
    5. Jade Shudderwock Quest Shaman
    6. Treant Druid / N'Zoth Hadronox Druid
    7. Dragon Highlander Priest
    8. Rhok'delar Hunter
    9. Thief Quest Highlander Rogue
    10. I do not currently own a Demon Hunter deck in Wild.

My tastes are quite all over the place lol.

I call your three words and raise you four words: Mark of the Wild :)

Even better, Spikeridged Steed or Mark of the Loa in Wild, for more Health. Have fun dealing with that, Demon Hunters lol

I hold onto my lead for a second Season...I've got to step it up if that is to continue *nervous laughter*

Congrats to all the winners! Hopefully we'll see you back for Season 3. Until then, maybe give some other Fan Creation projects a look, like griffior's Death Knight class, shatterstar1998's Detective, or my Alraune class :)

Hey alright, I won with a non-Paladin card for once lol :D

This is the end of Season 2. We'll be back at some point, but we don't have an exact date nailed down yet. We hope to have more Big Comp information by then, as well. Until then, hopefully we'll see you around; maybe give some other Fan Creation projects a look, like griffior's Death Knight class, shatterstar1998's Detective, or my Alraune class :)

I think they meant the former, as in the future of Hearthstone would be dual-class cards.

Sorry for the lateness; here's my feedback:

    Show Spoiler

AnAngryBadger - I like Sideshow Shuffler more than Strongarm's Hammer. The problem with the Hammer is that Plush Bears are kind of a Rogue thing, with the Ticket Master. Not a fan of shifting them to the Warrior, increasing their stats, and giving them Taunt; at that point you might as well make it something completely different, like a "4/4 Admirer" or something.

anchorm4n - I think I prefer the Chameleos-esque Priest version of Gazleau. The Silence + double version is a finisher card, basically, and will be played as such. At least it would be minion-related and not a filthy combo, so there is that, but I still don't think people will be happy with it *shrugs*

DavnanKillder - I think the text of the Puppeteer is a little janky, but I still prefer it over Opening Act. Just clean up the text - look to the other mind control cards for examples - and you're good to go.

Wailor - Felfire Juggler is definitely wordy, but it's also more interesting than Grim Fortune so I say "go for it".

shatterstar1998 - Remember that it's Fan of Knives, not "Fan of Knife". Beyond that, it should be okay? It's an AoE clear in Rogue; I'm surprised people are high on it given what I usually read is "argh but my class identity" lol :/

DestroyerR - Seems fine; playable, even. Could combo well with Rush or Charge minions who have used their attack already; theoretically, they would be able to attack again.

ChickyChick - Not a fan of Circus Trickster just straight-up giving a Mage spell to the Rogue, even if it's fairly low-impact. The two-player Sidequest is interesting, but not something I ever expect to happen, so…that leaves Exotic Species as my choice.

Demonxz95 - Already gave you my thoughts, but I'll reiterate that I think it's weird to abandon the Guardian Animals playstyle in the very next set vis-a-vie drawing the animals from your deck. I like the card; I just think the timing of it is off.

Nirast - I like the 5-mana Fiery Trapeze the most. The 4-mana is too strong as a board-wide buffer, and the 6-mana version is worse than Command the Illidari in all situations except the most desirable outcome, at which point it's just a slightly-cheaper but worse Expendable Performers.

Edit: I like the Darkmoon Bladegorger more, although the obvious name for this card is taken already lol (Sword Eater)

Not sure about this one. Too cheap and it's an aggro deck's delight, but a slower deck might not appreciate losing one of the cards they've been holding onto.

Edit: Also thought of a second iteration. Straight-up more card draw, but your opponent gets to see them at the start of their turn and shuffle one away.

I'll have to try that Menagerie Taunt Warrior: I love Fire Plume's Heart, and I have everything but Ringmaster Whatley. I'm surprised there's no Sword Eaters, though.

None of them really stand out to me aesthetically. It's gonna come down to Rogue, most likely, in-part because Maiev is simply alright and there aren't many other options available. My thoughts on the classes:

    Show Spoiler
    • DH - I own Aranna, and she's okay. Illidan becomes tiresome to listen to.
    • Druid - I actually like Lunara.
    • Hunter - Alleria is my favorite.
    • Mage - I love Jaina (the character; not necessarily the portrait), but Kel'Thuzad all the way.
    • Paladin - I sat through hours of the WoW Starter Edition so I could play as Liadrin.
    • Priest - I hate Priest, the Priest skin is ugly, and Tyrande is fine.
    • Rogue - Maybe?
    • Shaman - I don't like it. Despite my hatred of murlocs, Morgl is serviceable. Missed out on the cooler options.
    • Warlock - N'Zoth all the way.
    • Warrior - Wish Deathwing was in dragon-form, but he's cool enough for now.

So…yeah. I guess Rogue it is.

But, I guess many would choose to trust linkblade over me.

Don't knock yourself too much: your opinion is just as valuable as mine :(

Of the three presented, I actually like Gorgannon the most. A Battlecry with an effect that's not immediate is different, and I can see myself using Gorgannon in, say, a Plot Twist and/or Supreme Archaeology deck that needs additional juice after burning through a lot of its cards. It also leads to some interesting decision-making, because both players will know when the effect occurs that you ran out of minions.

Of the two, I like Rusted Fel Reaver more because it's more interesting to me. Grave Giant is fine; it's just...not as interesting lol. Also all Giants are Epics. Grave Horror is a Rare, but any 8/8 minion that says "(X) Giant" is an Epic.

Not sure where the Taunt comes from, though, if you consider the card related in a flavor capacity to the regular Fel Reaver. Game-play wise it might be needed because the card is slow and needs to affect the board somehow, but the keyword still seems tacked on a bit.

I believe that Grand Prize could be: Costs (1) less for each card shuffled into your deck this game.

While certainly an option, the different phrasing makes a difference: namely, you can shuffle cards back into your deck that were already there, mostly with Secret Passage. Just one or two of those is enough to reach 0 on Giant Prize; unfortunately, that one card kind of ruins the whole shuffle simplicity :/

As for your card, it should be fine as-is; maybe even on the weak side: you've paid 2-mana to gain a 3/2 body and a 1-mana discount on a future card (probably next turn), but you also gave your opponent the discount first if you save yours for later. Cards that benefit your opponent have not done well in the past in Hearthstone. Although, combined with the Druid's various sources of ramp, you can better reach the expensive stuff earlier. The "(1) more" can be used to stall for time, as well.
