IMO, the "Big" support of the set isn't colossus, but Blatant Decoy. It's like a neutral Shadow Essence, which is something the archetype needs more than the big minions themselves
Trying to force dialogue isn't better than allowing it to happen when users want it engage.
Meh... Most people out of there are too shy to truly express themselves, especially nowadays, even on the internet. They live in fear of saying what they really think in terror of not being accepted by others, but not me. ;) Although it's not always effective (well, most of the time it's not :P), forcing dialogue is a way to reveal the hidden truth. Of course, you have to pay a lot of attention to people's comments because usually the truth is hidden on their mistakes (and I'm not talking about grammar ones). ;)
For me at least, it's a matter of making the future more convenient for myself rather than needing acceptance. More recently however, I've come to understand that the alternative can also be valuable in addition to a lot of fun. It's still tough to break the habit, but I'm getting there, in part thanks to you. You are such a bad influence!
I like how I can't tell if the people downvoting Sherman's OP are seriously triggered or doing it ironically like me because he said he likes downvotes. Don't know whether to up or downvotes those -1s either (nor if those -1s are serious). Well done; you've made the system completely meaningless, at least in this thread :D
I perfectly remember answering you this question on Hearthpwn some days ago, showing you two links to different articles on the site about this topic. WTF, dude??? :/
I mean, with HP's spaghetti code, I wouldn't be surprised if he just never got a notification for your reply
I've got a couple thousand wins on priest and druid now.
I couldn't really care less about golden heroes so I have less than 500 on all other classes but this latest meta was super "helpful" in that I'm forced to play them because my preferred ones are dumpster tier or a snoozefest :(
And there's no such thing as neutral minions. You're totally right, my bad
Sure, have fun with your amani berserkers and crystalizers in a meta where even zoolock with their flame imps and life tap are struggling to keep up.
I remember a time, where Evenpaladin was a thing and he did run Amani Beserker or when an legend player like TrumpSC rated "Caverns below, 1 star". Just wait and see how the new meta evolves and your trys to say sth about the new meta fails.
The new priest quest is no Genn or Call to arms, mate. Also, everyone and their mom rated caverns below 1 star. What makes you so sure it's not the other way around this time and this card is just deceptively bad instead of deceptively good? The way I see it, you're all just hive minding towards this card being playable just like every streamer hive minded towards the rogue quest being 1 star
And there's no such thing as neutral minions. You're totally right, my bad
Sure, have fun with your amani berserkers and crystalizers in a meta where even zoolock with their flame imps and life tap are struggling to keep up. Also, northshire cleric is a great card. A shame you can't run more than a pair of them, because minion based tempo decks need to have 1 drops on 1 consistently to not fall behind against literally anything
You can have fun with your turtles too. The reason no one is running them is because the burn decks like bomb warrior and rogue are going to eat you alive. The goal is to heal things, but keep in mind that your (good) heal face options are limited to divine hymn and priests running divine hymn are dying to burn decks hard enough as it is without hitting themselves. The turtle isn't good tempo either, despite what it says on the tin; it's not 3 mana 3/5, it's more like 4 or 5 mana 3/5 because healing your face costs mana. Even disregarding the need for a heal followup, a 3 mana 3/5 is just good arena stats; you need to be a lot more broken than good arena stats to see play in constructed
In any case, I'm done here. We'll see just how bad this card is soon enough when the expansion drops. Priest has had a long history of getting the bad end of legendary prints and I've spotted them a mile away each time (and I always get downvoted because everyone really love their shitty priest legendaries)
Just because current versions of priest do not utilize minions does not mean that priest cannot utilize minions. The hero power effect is insanely strong. This quest will create a brand new archetype all by itself
Priest cannot utilize minions because good early game priest minions do not exist LUL
I want some of whatever it is you all are smoking because this card is hot garbage
Do you not remember how badly heal paladin and heal druid went? Paladins needed to heal 10 for their "quest" and druids needed 5. This quest requires 15. The hardest part of these quests is usually hitting yourself so you can heal at all and unlike the other two classes, you can't even punch things with your face. You'll need to play cards that hit yourself (which is bad tempo and value) and then play cards that heal yourself (which is bad tempo and value). On top of that, priest healing cards are ironically less powerful than both druid and paladin healing cards. What are you going to do? Radiance and emote?? Hero power 8 times?
I know the quest doesn't specify that the healing needs to be on your own face, but let's be real here: priests don't get to have minions on the board. That's doubly unfortunate because +3/+3 to an active minion is very different from +3/+3 to one that can't attack yet
You can try wild pyromancers but most of the time, if your deck is built around them, you need to throw them out there to clear boards. And sometimes you don't draw your circles in a timely manner. Pyro packages are big and take up a lot of card slots. If you're running that as the quest activator, it's unlikely you'll be able to fit in back up options and you're going to be sad if you're forced to play out both of them or if they're bottom deck. It also means your deck will be extremely spell heavy, which means less minions for your quest reward to buff
I usually buy myself one pre order, if not both, but this time I'm on the fence thinking if I want to order at all. None of the cards look particularly exciting nor vital for the meta
Only the final reveal stream is left of the unknown cards. I'm getting kind of worried because the only ones that seem exciting are a few druid cards and the mage 8 drop
I was entering in the HP bundle giveaway the other day where you're supposed to post what new legendary you hope to get. I had to look up what the legendary cards were and after long contemplation ended up settling on something "meh"
At this rate, I can just craft my BEES! and arcane tyrant reprints with the dust I've already got
I'm probably going to get downvoted too. Specialist had a lot of unique variants of the same class as secondary and tertiary decks, like Mecha'thun warrior and mech rogues, infinite togwaggle rogues
In conquest, it's going to be the same perfectly well rounded rogues and mages still going at it. Maybe hunter will see a lot more play, but honestly, I rather watch people mill themselves with 0 mana togwaggles and treasure wands than plain old hunter
I'm quite worried about skipping this expansion, I skipped the Lichking Expansion and found myself really wanting to try he different quest decks. I seem them as basically a legemdary card from each class worth having when in other expansions theres usually only 4 or 5 legemdaries i want to have.
This has got me thinking, should I pre order the cheaper bundle before I regret it?
Lich King expansion was the single most powerful expansion in HS history. There were tons of cards with absurd power level, lasting throughout their standard life cycle (and still defining the wild meta today). Many top decks were unplayable without a large amount of cards from this expansion. Frozen throne was so meta defining, that all the expansions during year of the raven were overshadowed by it and had their cards suppressed by the sheer power level
Of course skipping that specific expansion was a huge mistake. Uldam on the other hand, looks pretty weak in both the quantity of irreplaceable effects and power level
I usually buy myself one pre order, if not both, but this time I'm on the fence thinking if I want to order at all. None of the cards look particularly exciting nor vital for the meta
He's good, but not zilliax good. The best thing about zilly is that he's like an Antique Healbot that clears a thing. Neutral healing options are at an all time low right now so the only good neutral healing card is seeing a lot of play
This card doesn't have lifesteal. It's still good, but not as good as you guys are all making it out to be
I knew of the druid beast package before. It's in most of the "successful" non-token druids out there right now, which is why I was avoiding it when building stuff myself. It's been tried and proven itself to be around T4 so I was thinking perhaps there is something better. Maybe it's my own fault for limiting myself so much
As for the 3 new decks, I can't really try them out myself because I'm missing a whole load of legendaries or epics
That hunter list looks super well built already and I don't think it needs much help
It has the right techs against mage and a good finisher that isn't too insane to pull off
It could use a Zilliax, maybe a sn1p-sn4p though
You could also experiment with a lynx/wingblast package especially with carrion drakes already in the deck
Maybe sub the twilight drakes with other dragons because hunter doesn't use them super well. I'm thinking a 2nd amalgam for sure because it's a mech (for magnitize and plays around dynomatic) and a beast (you're discovering a lot of spells and hunter spells synergize with beasts)
Pulling bone wraith only nets you a 2/1 taunt at the end of the day. Reborn is just deathrattle; nothing to get too excited about in this context
The problem with Betrug is still the fact that the power level of non-zoo warlock cards are not up there with the rest of the meta. There's nothing wrong with the card itself; the archetype/class it belongs in just doesn't exist. Once ... if they get good enough tools this expansion, Betrug will automatically see play
Ignorance was bliss :(

The lines are great but she doesn't say them with the right emotion to convey what you're trying to do except for maybe the well played
A simple "Wow..." is all Anduin needs to deliver the same intent with his tone
You know what's really funny?
You can't please them all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
