I think it's safe to say that I've "taken part in the boss' demise."

We've seriously increased our damage and now it looks like we'll beat the boss in time! So I'm wondering about that "be there when the boss falls" achievement. How can we ensure we are actually there when the final blow …

I also discovered this, so yes, you can see what people's classes are (and their XP at different skills, equipment, etc). Not too practical, though, to look up everyone individually and make notes. Plus, people can change classes.

It would be helpful to know everyone's class so we could diversify. I don't know if we would fight more effectively, but we would be able to use items better for sure.

Feeding the crews seems really hard. We can donate fish, but not other food items. I wonder if that is coming?

We need to contribute more supplies to build/upgrade trebuchets. Which do we think to be better: building more or upgrading the ones we have?

I choose Archer but I've been crafting a lot of warrior gear. Not sure why, maybe just the materials I randomly gained around the site?

Absolutely! However, it won't work unless we actually go buy each other's things. One of today's dailies is to sell something!

I can assure you there is no automation. I'm not nearly tech-savvy enough for that. I just keep the tab open on my phone and pop over every now and then. It adds up fast.

Also, if you list something as free, I can only take one item per day. Ask for gold - I'll pay!

If we're all going to get the "Shopkeeper" achievement, we're going to have to buy each other's stuff. What we're all going to do with a bunch of equipment we may or may not need, I don't know.

I go into my Inventory, click the item I want to list, then click "List Item" and I get the error message.

Yesterday I discovered that you can make a Battle Stew in the kitchen that gives you one extra attack. Today I discovered that those don't stack either. Just one a day. So don't be greedy like me!
