Yeah, this won't be annoying at all. Cards like Thoughtsteal could help you reach cards before your opponent, stealing them before they ever enter their hand. You could even do the copying and then play this guy later, so the cards are stolen before they can react. Gross.
As mentioned, Shang-Chi could be devastating for this location. Monster Island gives you one guaranteed target, but this could readily have two or more waiting to be smacked down!
Are there really so few PS5 games on Amazon that the first page has peripherals/accessories on it, and the following pages have just more and more non-game stuff? I have a PS5, and my collection is fairly small, but it seems it'll stay that way for the time being.
I struggle to see the applications of this card. Is it meant to be a Silence that doesn't work against Deathrattles? A way to trigger your own Deathrattles without losing the stats? If these are the two only uses, it seems very weak, but I guess there's something I'm missing.
You get to destroy an enemy minion and take its stats for your own; you don't have to destroy your own minion. Have I worded the text poorly? I figured that would be the primary use case: killing two enemy minions and getting two bodies in return.
...nothing wrong with Kai'Sa, but she's not my top pick for a representative of the Void: gotta go with the tentacle + eyeball disintegration monster lol
MrRhapsody - Multi-Arrows is okay, but it feels weird to me. Too many Keywords, and giving the Lifesteal arrow more power than the other two. Yeah it's the only one that truly matters about the damage, but the arrows should be equal in my opinion. I could see it doing well just because, but I prefer the Sea Witch.
Wailor - I like this a lot. I did a similar effect in my Kel'thuzad/Lich class, but the Voodoo flavor works very well.
TheHoax91 - This seems really strong: it's a 3-Mana Mind Control, but you have to give up something. That something will usually be a Battlecry minion or a damaged minion that's now garbage. I would be more comfortable with it if the card was a Legendary, but being able to do this on the cheap twice or more is a lot.
Demonxz95 - As I said elsewhere, Soul Swap is basically Vol'jin's Hero Power in Battlegrounds; not many points for creativity, but it's very effective and makes sense as a Priest card. I would avoid Tri-Cast Orbs.
BasilAnguis - The effect is a little wonky, but I see where it's going. "Gift" should probably be capitalized, like how Banana is in Banana Vendor and the like.
Could have been more interesting if it didn't specify the Location had to be an enemy. Then we could have seen Location self-destruction effects/archetypes, like with Runeterra and Countdown. Perhaps we'll see that in the future?
Qorval doesn't start with multi-targeting, but after you Infuse him he can kill + summon two minions. The token is an example, such as if you had destroyed a Kalecgos or Ysera the Dreamer.
He will always summon at least one; Infuse (4) makes him cast To My Side!, more or less, while Infuse (8) makes him cast Call of the Wild. It could be read that the second option is fully random, and could summon two Margores, but it's probably not coded that way.
Pulling the card out of the discard pool makes sense to me: if the game was a paper TCG, this is how it would function. That being said, Hela's targets are cards that were discarded, not necessarily those in the discard pile; I agree she needs to be updated for clarity.
This was hard: "blood" and "spirit" might go together, or "blood" and "shot", but all three together? Yikes. Then I had to find art for...what? A ghost archer, shooting...blood? Something had to give, so I made a Blood Elemental that grows bigger as your allies give their essence to it.
Plus every number on the card is a 2, which just feels good lol
He couldn't have been the killer because he was frozen to his seat. Not sure how that connects to the 1-damage-at-a-time gameplay, though lol. Frozen blocks are hard to damage, I guess?
I don't disagree with anything you said; I'm merely remarking on how obnoxious/frustrating/feelsbad the card could be if it ever manages to succeed.

Ah, true: didn't think of it like that.

"I'M THE ONLY FIRE-RELATED CHARACTER YOU NEED!!" - Ragnaros, probably.

Vel'Koz! Vel'Koz! Vel'Koz!

Feedback:
AeroJulwin - I think it should be Epic, if you're playing off of Spammy Arcanist.

"Death Blossom Whomper" looks/sounds like Treant support to me. Please?

Top card going into the finals, bottom card of the end results.
Sigh.
...
Anyway, congratulations to Mr. Rhapsody! You're really collecting those wins this Season :D
2 Herrings would not work, given the way the Herring is phrased :P

Demon Companion went downward with its stats; why couldn't the Gargons go upward? Anything but a simple reskin of Animal Companion :/

The suspect Legendary minion (Xy'mox) should help, as well.
