This card is standalone terrible but is proably meant to be played with barrier support. That said: with a Shen supporting it this card is okay... but still not great

This card compares in my oppinion quite well with [runecard]decisive maneuver[/runecard] and given that [runecard]decisive maneuver[/runecard] is a really solid card that gets completely underappreciated... i think this card is good for nightfall midrange card that might carry [runecard]nocturne [/runecard] [runecard]diana [/runecard] to a decent tier
