Riven seems really really strong given that leveling her up should be really easy to do and she is going to be a 8/5 quick attack overwheln with the blade at this point (around turn 4-5 if you play around her)
This just absurd, given you also have Survival Skills as a burst speed savior if you play any form of discard (proably draven axes) and a really solid buff spell with Sharpened Resolve she can solo carry the game like you only seen it from lvled up lee sin so far and is way more flexible with her regions since her ideal partner should be Draven (same region therefore)...

With the reforge mechanic they clearly wanted to create a semi random mechanic which I am not sure what to think about.
It is the middleground between the interests of competetive oriented players and casuals but it doesn't really appeal to both of them.
I guess riot knows that the better player wins (way more often) character of Runeterra is scaring new players off but they don't want to be hearthstone eighter with it's very random nature and in their place I proably would seperate random-fun cards from actually viable non-random cards who are more meant for friendly matches instead of ladder.
Now back to the original topic:
The reforge mechanic is in general quite consistant and opens many doors for noxus to play with new regions (nr 1 is targon with taric nr 2 is p&z with augments) in a more midrange style.
Yet i'm not at all sold on any card from these other than Runeweaver, Weapon Hilt and maybe Blade Squire who are decent earlygame options.
And to those who think Zoe will be a thing: you have to be completely insane if you think Zoe will ever win a game outside of Freljord decks creating her with the The Howling Abyss because her lvlup condition wont ever happen unless your opponent runs 0 interaction (what competetive decks are usually packed with)
Paying 2 mana to trade for 1 card that the opponent for this card while he pays 0 puts you by default behind. Delaying your opponent's earlygame is kinda cool but pointless since you could just send a units for 2 mana instead. This card also can't hit champions so it isn't even good versus decks like heimerdinger... not to mention that you could use it versus a hand without followers and do nothing...
There is just nothing good to say about this card so I won't
While this card it decent, it is also very very vanilla and I don't know if such basic cards are even playable in Runeterra anymore... you will be happy to have her in expeditions but in your constructed deck? I think she doesn't make the cut there
This card is standalone terrible but is proably meant to be played with barrier support. That said: with a Shen supporting it this card is okay... but still not great
I honestly just think you are being lazy signing her off as a one note character. Sure, piltover and zaun might be a common combination, but even than there are so many draw cards in p&z and heimerdinger exists. You could do bildgewater draw, as they have many draw cards as well. You could do mono Targon invoke, as they have many keywords in Targon, and invoke already synergies with her. She isn’t one note, she has lots of potential
Maybe Zoe is not a one note character but Viktor just became one since targon with it's invokes and gems was already really good for Viktor but now they left no doubt what Region is to choose if you want to play the best version of Viktor... Lame i call something like that not more, not less
Now this is ... REALLY lame and not because the zoe archetype is too powerful but because Zoe is sooo obviously meant to be the partner champion for viktor that you don't even have to think about alternatives at this point. Sure it takes like 2 days to find a decent build but afterwards its viktor zoe will be just one of many boring decks that i will certainly not play...
This card is... like ... who thought that 3 mana is appropriate for this effect in demacia? It basically is a free single combat + stat boost for every unit summoned which is way too good for 3 mana imo... like just think about the options it opens to SI Demacia decks where you can force death triggers way easier now and completely own the board... well we will see how it hits but im quite shure this hits hard
He would be broken if he could block but still he is really good in any agressive deck (especially with the new demacian landmark in a deathtrigger deck...)
This card compares in my oppinion quite well with Decisive Maneuver and given that Decisive Maneuver is a really solid card that gets completely underappreciated... i think this card is good for nightfall midrange card that might carry NocturneDiana to a decent tier
To me its mainly a meme card. Therefore i think think card missed the maximum meme potential by not including a grinning/laughting Gankplank in the background
I think if any deck will go off with this card it is Sejuani Swain. I mean this card makes your units REALLY hard to kill with damage and who would profit more from that than a deck which can't be beaten as long as you control one of it's champions. I don't want to trashtalk your scar archetype (too much) but if a blade's edge at your nexus ends your whole career... how good is your deck then:)?
Jury-Rig exists in this list simply for the reason that he is a burst speed Follower who gets to attack on turn 1 without giving the opponent a chance to block (+1 for Sejuani) and because he is an surprise chumb blocker(aka just a very good card for 1). However you are right that the Lonely Poro fits nicely here and ill consider it.
