So if new rules means that this card doesn't even advance the Demon Seed quest when played, the only instance I thought it might actually be useful, then I guess the card is 100% trash then?
If they made this cost 2 health, or even 3, then maybe... MAYBE it could be included in an aggro/zoo type of list for early tempo plays. But at 5... fuck that!
I meant "okay" as in mentally? Emotionally? I don't even play LoR but I see you constantly having conversations, or seemingly even arguments with yourself in the forums. What is all this, really? Narcisicm? Attention seeking? About 95% of replies on your posts are just you responding to yourself. So what's the goal of all this?!
I'm both genuinely concerned for your well being, and also interested to know what you're after with all these posts.
Might be the only nice thing about this guy. In Warlock I guess he could pair with the 1 drop that makes your hero immune on your turns. That way you get a 1/3 and 2/2 on turn 1 with no damage taken. Maybe could slot it in to Wild Demon Seed Warlock too. But as someone who likes playing Aggro Treant Druid in Wild… I think this one is a no for that deck.
I had the privilege to reopen a Hearthstone account and was severely disappointed when we didn't get the full dust refund for the rotation.
Never in the history of Hearthstone have they given out full dust refunds for cards rotating. When they put things into Hall of Fame you could get dust refunds and kept the cards. But that was a special situation, and no longer applies with the Core set being introduced a couple years ago. Because now everyone gets the Core set for free. But you don't own those cards! They are basically rented to your account, and if they rotate out, they are gone. The only way you keep Core cards after rotation is if you already own a copy of the cards from their original set, or if you craft/open copies after the rotation.
So previously The Demon Seed required 6+7+8 (21) damage taken, now it requires 30, nearly 50% more. That's a nerf so girthy even that brokenass card probably can't withstand it.
In Wild it may still survive and be maybe Tier B. Especially with something like Crystallizer where you can essentially progress a stage by half of it's required 10 self damage while effectively taking 0 damage. And with Dark Pact unnerfed you can now gain more of that self damage back while potentially setting up a good Raise Dead turn to generate more things like Crystallizer
So if I didn’t complete the second pack, it’ll be available during theorycrafting? Which… cool I guess. I got on halfway through the scheduled 1 hour stream due to work stuff. Thought I had enough time to still get both packs, but then they ended early
Remember, fun is a subjective thing. You seem like the type that only finds fun in winning as many games as possible. And that's fine. Personally, I have my Legend card back and have reached the rank on multiple occasions, and that's enough for me. So now I personally like playing a lot of different stuff, trying new things, etc. And I stick by my comments even if you can't understand why I might try to play this card at some point. Just because the meta is X doesn't mean Y isn't possible. Not every player on the ladder just searches a Tier list and picks the best thing on it to play.
Comparing Halveria and Flag Runner seems misguided. Flag Runner gives itself attack, while Halveria gives all of your minions, I assume including itself, +1 when a Rush minion attacks. So if you are lucky enough to have a bunch of rush minions survive a turn, you drop Halveria and send those minions to Face, watching them get stronger with each hit from a friendly Rush. So is it a one of that costs 1 more? Yes. But it’s effect has much more burst damage potential!
In wild, no matter what minions you have on board you can drop Halveria and Broom to make them all Rush minions. Similar to how the ETC, God of Metal combo works.
OR... here me out... the following turn you go Tundra Rhino and 2x Young Dragonhawk... huh?!
With Galactus dead, 90% of my opponents are High Evo decks… So glad the big guy is gone, making the game into a one deck pony. So much fun!

UGH

NIfty... Are you okay?!
Oh right! So basically it's trash all around then except maybe Demon Seed Lock.

5/5 for the art though.

Marvel Snap be like “You want all the cards?! Nope! You wanna play the cards you do have?! Good luck with these locations!”
There wasn’t an article so I figured I’d drop a post here. Don’t have all the details (sorry) but playhearthstone.com should.

They can work like that, but this time the two objectives were independent of each other from what I saw. Right away both progress bars were going up.

Just an FYI, the main game page for Hearthstone still has all the March of the Lich King links above the latest article post.
Yeah! How dare Hearthstone break Warcraft canon.

At first I saw Black Rock n Roll like “… Wut?” But then I thought of C'Thun! Will probably still suck, but that’s never stopped me from trying before!
I honestly love a good Tree Druid deck!
