Play this against a 5/8 and you get a 5/5 vs a 1/4. That's pretty crazy actually.
Just a point, you missunderstand how works on that scenario.
You can see on video reveal how works the card when is used on an asimetrical statted minion.
He used it on a 4/8 that becomes a 2/4 and Serena goes on 3/5 stats. She steal attack points until she have more and, then, does the same with health points.

Quick formula of resulting stats for head calculations:
For target minion: halve Attack and Health, rounded down.
For Serena: halve target minion's Attack and Health, rounded up, then add +1/+1.
This card is incredibly trash. Let's start with the stats: 5 mana 5/5 is not worth playing without the effect. So let's look at the effect: you have to have an empty deck. There are two ways to do it: either you destroy your deck yourself, or you draw through it like a madman. With the first option, not only do you destroy valuable resources, there's a very high chance that you'll discard Neeru Fireblade. With the second options, it means that you have to run a ton of cheap cards and draw to get through your deck quickly. That requires a very synergistic deck (think current Zoo with getting a bunch of Hand of Gul'dans), for which drawing a 5 mana 5/5 can be disastrous.
Let's say we manage to do it: Our entire deck is gone, we still have some resources in our hand (even though there is probably still some card draw in there) and we managed to not burn Neeru. We play it and... get some imps. Our opponent removes them, and builds a board themselves. We use our resources to remove their board, take some fatigue damage, repeat. We start running out of resources, fatigue damage builds up, and it turns out that our opponent's cards are better than 6/4 worth of stats every turn. Our imps can't trade into their big boys, we don't have resources to remove them, we die.
Resurrecting 2 minions, activating their frenzy effect + 5/4 body and 1dmg AoE is a huge tempo swing at turn 7. I think that is the best card reveealed atm.
Slow, but warrior can play slow, so can see play.
I'm waiting for an epic spell that return X destroyed cards to your hand/deck.
Cool card without support (yet).

That card only can kill a 1hp minion.
Looks really cool, annoying and weak.
Can sinergize with Shadow Word: Pain, but that card rotates next year.
A board filled with imps is a 21/14 worth stats, not 6/4. That portal isn't the same as Nether Portal.
The desgin remembers me to Spectral Cutlass, but being cheaper and without LS, that card looks more agressive.
IDK if rogue will be a thing in the next meta, but every rogue will use that minion for sure, so strong.
5/5 card

With the new elemental that restore 8hp to all allies can deal a massive aoe. I like It.
So slow for an aggro deck, maybe some midrange pally can shine with secrets package and cards like this.
Looks super strong and annoying.
Can Buff itself and activates when you hit enemy face.
The snowball potential is scary.
Teacher's Pet on t3 sounds good.
Good sinergy with cards like Archspore Msshi'fn, Greybough and any taunt minion with extra keyword.
That card it's Doomsayerish, the oponent needs to wait to play their key Minions.
I like It.
Kingsbane at wild is a pure aggresive deck with pirates and weaponbuffs. Being inmune while attacking doesn't care when you just hit face.
4 mana 3/5 deal 1-2 dmg to all enemies. Strong card.
Warrior have 4 mana weapons, so can activate the effect on curve, and if you can handbuff it it's a huge tempo swing.
One of the strongest upgradable cards of this set for sure.
