No. Electra is just there to enable some more potential burst damage. You'll probably be fine putting in a second [card]EVIL Totem[/card] or maybe something like [card]Crackle[/card]. 

To be honest, I haven't played much of Even Shaman. This deck is more aggressive than midrange. It's5 probably less reliable than Even Shaman, but more explosive.
