A new card has been revealed by Dashen. The official translation is slightly more aggressive than our temp name Fluffy Knives was.

I'm pleased that this made it past QA.
I like it for a midrange deck, I mean, Avenging Wrath is too expensive at 8 damage for 6, but in this case stats + damage dealt are well worth the cost. A bit too slow for my taste, I'd prefer less damage/weaker stats for 6 mana, but well, it should be fine.
Strong card. If there will be demon hunter with bigger minions this will be auto include.
Instant craft. Because man of culture...
Step on me~
It's a bit different than Reno. Definitely worse. End of turn is much worse than right the heck now, since you can't bust through taunts for lethal. It going face also makes it very unreliable for sniping one big minion, which is how I use Reno 80% of the time.
I would say repeatable Fireball to the face, but your opponent can deal with a 7-drop. If they can't, you were winning anyway. Even cut down to 5 mana with Raging Felscreamer, it's too slow for an aggro deck. Like, are you really running a 4/4/4 with no immediate effect in aggro? Probably not. You're definitely not going to run enough medium to big demons to make Felscreamer worth it. No aggro deck would ever play a 7 mana 6/7 that doesn't win the game.
People are saying Demon Hunters are being given aggro tools, but they're so much slower than what Hunter and even Warlock pump out. I see Demon Hunter as a midrange class with the cards presented. This is a dream midrange drop. It's flexible, it can go face or play board control. It's a threat on board. That's exactly what midrange wants. Same with Imprisoned Antaen.
I really dislike this mechanic of dealing randomly split damage for demon hunter. I am aware of the benefits and problems of rng in a game like hearthstone, I just think this class has too much of this effect introduced already.
At this point, I think we can safely assume it's part of their class identity. It's something I thought they never really captured with Warlock. Fel magic is destruction incarnate, and it's chaotic. In Warlock, they've focused on the "powerful, but hurts you or your minions when you use it" aspect of Fel. In DH, they're focusing on "so much raw destructive power that it's hard to control", which fits in with the brutally aggressive (not in the card game sense) personality of most Demon Hunters. DHs train very hard to control the demon within, which refers to metamorphosizing into actual demons and possibly losing control if they use too much Fel magic.
Yeah, I know it doesn't mean anything from a "is this good or bad for gameplay" perspective. Just pointing out why DH has a lot of it. From what I've seen so far, I don't mind. DH is shaping up to be a solid midrange class, so all this chip damage should help me and my minions keep the enemy board clear. I was that guy who loved Flamewaker.
Wonder how long it will take before the art gets nerfed like Jaina...
I don't know and I don't care, it's plent of time for me ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
probably lower her weapon so its conveniently covering her fluffy parts.
I wish that for once, they would announced a card name Fluffy Whatev and never change it ^^
While comparing this card with Reno the Relicologist You guys are skipping that Reno the Relicologist has an instant effect, so if minions don't die, you can ping or use another spell.
This card doesn't guarantee how it deals damage. I'm not saying here you can't set the things up for your favor but pointing that it is still an "At the end of your turn" effect which can do absurd things thanks to rng.
It is more like comparable with Ragnaros the Firelord rather than Reno the Relicologist.
Card is good, I'm not saying it is a bad card but comparing it with Reno the Relicologist bothers me a bit. I personally think that an effect like this doesn't need a condition, if it has been a battlecry, then it would need a condition in my opinion. I'm in the same boat with Blizzard at this time.
They really want DH to succeed, huh. Like, this is a weaker but constant Reno the Relicologist. And it's gonna stay for 2 Years! I can imagine that this and/or Imprisoned Antaen will get nerfed. Maybe not during the 1st Xpac but probably later on.
Btw, all their Cards that can damage Face really put the HUNTER in Demon Hunter.
Well, fluffy...er...knives, is like most other dhunter cards, very good. And this one's not a legendary so you get to put 2 copies, so that helps a little with consistency.
Pairs very very well with the already probably broken card Imprisoned Antaen. Played on curve, your opponent can expect 16 shots at their board and face, while starring down at a 10/6 and 6/7, turn 7.
I won't be too surprised to find out if either one gets nerfed a while after the expansion starts. In fact, nerfs to dhunter is probably just a matter of time.
Reno Cries in Highlander.
Edit: Yes, I read enemies not enemy minions as well, still...
I am quite sure, Demon Hunter will be in every third or even second game with such kind of cards)
Busty knives!
yes she is.
wait there's no condition it's just 7 mana 6/7 that casts two arcane missiles?
