The cavalcade returns! Each Class is associated with a previous Brawl and loads you up with a deck based on that Brawl's rules!
The 100th Tavern Brawl celebration has returned with only one change - the brawl's description! Although our Demon Hunter friends have joined the Hearthstone hero pool, they are not currently represented in this brawl so be sure to enjoy the change of pace.
You'll be picking a class, getting assigned a randomized deck, and then receiving the brawl effect for your choice. Here is a list of all the classes and which brawls they get to play as.
- Druids play Idols of Azeroth
- Hunters play Randomonium
- Mages play Too Many Portals!
- Paladins play 'Servant of Yogg-Saron- Tryouts
- Priests play Cloneball!
- Rogues play Valeera's Bag of Burgled Spells
- Shamans play Party Portals!
- Warlocks play ShiftCon
- Warriors play Banana Brawl
What class/brawl are you enjoying the most? Which one do you despise going up against? Let us know in the comments below!

Not knowing what I'd get, I queued up a Paladin to complete my quest. Got stomped by a Hunter and Rogue before stomping a Mage. Oh, the balance! Oh, the RNG! Oh, am I glad I am done with this!
Yes mage is terrible, way to slow against most.
Great rewards for the 100th brawl = classic pack.
thanks a lot blizz 🙈
All those complaining that it's a storm of RnG and an absolute mess? It's supposed to be exactly that. I play Tavern Brawls to get away from the grind of Ladder and the self loathing of Arena.
It's not something you have to play (unless you are still collecting Classic Cards) it's just there as a bit of light relief. Why take it seriously? 😂
Cool brawl, although I always feel like Rogue has the advantage here.
Thank god, the druid I faced in that brawl realized his mistake in 2 turns and elegantly conceded.
That extra layer of RNG in the match making made me even more thankful that it was one and done.
Thank you, random druid (Amaya) <3
This was a bad day to think, "Ah, I have to play druid for my daily quest, I'll just do it in this brawl."
The randomness of it all. It's actually pretty funny. Not like it's for something important like... ranks or anything
Its just another one of those poorly thought out tavern brawls, that squeezes a bunch of random and funny stuff into one hot mess. I don't mind the rng, which in most cases at its worst is at least funny, but some matchups is so one sided it boggles the mind.
Valeera vs Guldan is particularly bad. One plays random minions, the other removes it with a spell, gains a minion and swings tempo directly back. Who the hell even thinks this is remotely fair?
They are supposed to be funny. That is why it doesn't count for ranks
Rogue seemed a bit broken...
This brawl would be so fun. If anyone bothered, at all, to even REMOTELY balance it. Explain to me what Druid or Shaman or, good god, Warrior is supposed to do against Rogue, or Hunter, or Paladin? Or how Shaman vs Shaman is supposed to be fun. It's like...half the classes get to have fun, the other half should get a massive warning sign with "DO NOT PLAY".
I dont know why so many people are downvoting you, you make a good point. Warrior gets to pay an extra mana to give a minion +1/+1, and rogue gets to play double cards for the price of one. How is that fair? I really like the idea of this brawl, but some of the classes could use some upgrades to give them a better chance.
If the bananas cost 0 for Warrior, if Shaman had a built-in way to generate cards (say every second portal you play gives you another portal) and didn't lose board space, if Druid's spells were discounted by 1 and his minions had +1/+1, we might have an actual decent game mode there. But as it stands, these brawls being so terribly underpowered, combined with the randomness of deck generation (Rogue gets guaranteed all spells, Warrior can have half his deck consists of spells and Fool's Banes), this Brawl is playable with about half the classes.
"our Demon Hunter friends"
I do not have Demon Hunter friends :) They do their utmost to kill me! (sometimes very successfully)
The abomination that is Banana Brawl returns
Yay! We can play Cloneball! Haven't seen that one in a long time...
Yeah. I really don't understand why they gave that to us when we were about to have this come out. Unless they're just picking Tavern Brawls at random out of a hat.
When you don't know what to do so you just put a bit of this and a bit of that.
