interesting ... but hard to find a suitable deck
So they ban Divine Favor, and then print this card to the most dominant class ever existed? YES
Do they ever played HS in their life? NO
Card draw is supposed to be one of DH strengths, the downside is that he has no card generation and has to rely on it,so you can (in theory) run him out of resources
This is not about card draw. This is a refill, Draw 4 for (4), seriously?
Plus if you topdeck it, it disrupt your opponents hand and strategy.

Huh. Could this be good in Control DH? Like, you could delay Fatigue by 5 with a full Hand.
Could also be neat for delaying/disrupting Combo.
It could be a utility card when you have Pit Commander in play but most of your big demons in hand.
But also just nice if you’re low on cards. If you’re top decking and your opponent has an almost full hand this is nuts!
Interesting utility. But hard to say if good enough
Conditional draw that often shrinks your opponent's hand significantly? It's waaaay more than good enough.
It is bad against aggro, because for them it either makes their hand bigger and gives them fuel, or it is not outcasted and then it is 4 mana draw 2 at best, because you need two other cards in hand for it to be not outcasted...
I love it. Get rekt people holding onto your huge hands :D
I mean Divine Favor was bad though for this exact reason... (or rather too good to be good)
