If only rogue had access to plot twist
So is teddy rouge going to become a thing? If so it seems like it might be unbearable.
yeah low hanging fruit I know
that pun was grizzly
Looks likes a somewhat weaker Fal'dorei Strider. And since that saw plenty of play, wouldn't be surprised to see this one to be played competitively as well.
I have to say though, that 3/3s aren't really that scary, but the Ticket Master himself is decently stated. I guess free 3/3s are better than nothing, and puts the pressure on decently.
It does have negative synergy with Secret Passage though (if you draw the tickets via secret passage it doesn't activate), so its somewhat a little complicated since secret passage is still one of the best cards in the class. Maybe it will still see play regardless in perhaps secret rogue, or a whole new archetype altogether
Why would it not trigger when you pull them through secret passage? I’m pretty sure you still draw cards with passages effect, so they would trigger. In fact, I’d say it has positive synergy because you would keep the card that was drawn with the cast when drawn effect off the tickets because it wasn’t a card that secret passage drew, but was drawn by the ticket. Maybe I’m wrong, but if I’m right this card is insane in aggro roug
Secret passage doesn't trigger drawn cards like the shuffled bombs or the shadows from Shadow of Death. If you decided (for whatever reason) to play those drawn bombs, etc. then you will trigger its effect and draw a card.
I think this will be the case for the tickets as well.
An important correction: playing 'casts when drawn' cards does not draw a card. That got bundled up with the keyword, and since you are not casting it when drawing it, it won't draw anything. So if you ever need to desperately draw something and think it might be worth playing that Bomb, DON'T!
Works great because drawing a lot is in Rogue meta right now.
not work great because if Wondrous Wand draws the tickets, it will block other drawn card from becoming a 0 mana. (including Galakrond's)
i love daddy... sorry... teddy bears <3
Low on competitive but high on fun. Will play!
Honestly this is very close to playable. Give it a little deathrattle synergy and you’re in
Shuffle!!! So cool, maybe it will become a deck. Stowaway is my fav!
this, and if you throw the new c'thun pieces Stowaway becomes a really nice card!
If you draw them with Stowaway, with it still summon them?
They will likely be summoned on draw and you will draw a next card, just like Fal'dorei Strider.
So Stowaway will summon two teddies and draw you two cards with this.
They are almost certainly "Casts When Drawn," so yes, they would cast when drawn. And probably also draw replacements as well.
It's not a matter of if I play two of these, it's a matter of how cute the Teddy is that ravages my opponent.
Yeah, about that...
You can see the art for the Teddy bear token in the reveal video at 1:16. I don't know if I would say it's cute, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Awesome! Will definitely play this card in a wild shuffle deck. Can't wait.
