We've got an update from Blizzard on their known issues from today's 19.4 Hearthstone patch. Read on for more details.

I bought the bundle, then opened my packs and opened a Hysteria. It had the whole innkeeper yelling epic and purple and the whole bit. I thought it odd as I know I don't have all the Darkmoon epics, so how could I open an extra? It disenchants for rare dust. I don't think I got robbed out of opening a different, real epic, but if Blizzard wants to kick some dust my way for my... pain and suffering, I'm listening.
Probably happened because they don't actually track your collection for duplicate protection, they just track when you acquire cards. Since this is the first time they've done a bundle like this, they probably just forgot to enable duplicate protection for cards in the bundle. Hopefully they do kick some dust your way for the error
Now I don't work in game design, so maybe this is easier to do than I think it is, but...
How the hell do you accidentally change a card's art?
It could be related to the alternate art of some cards on the book of heroes. Maybe they wanted to use that art for Anduin's story?
I don't know how it looks in HS's business end, but I know I've accidentally put random junk in random places in code before by doing something as simple as clicking the mouse wheel (which is like ctrl+v on the Linux system I work on) while scrolling past. It's uncommon, but I can sympathize with accidentally changing code that you didn't intend to touch.
