We've been busy datamining Patch 20.4 and with all the coverage wanted a single place to promote it. Below you'll find links to our coverage of the patch and quick recaps of what to expect.
Do note that at this time the patch is NOT live and is NOT available to download.

Wild Card Packs
What?! Yep, just like the Standard card pack we saw in Hearthstone's last patch, the new one brings us a Wild card pack that can contain any cards! There's also some new card pack bundles coming.
Speaking of Standard and Wild packs, these also appear to be purchasable like normal packs, no need to wait for bundles.

Ties have their own animation at the end now, it will say tie instead of defeat
I enjoy the mid-set freshener, and I look forward to new, exciting decks!
I can't wait. This patch looks great. I don't want to be that guy, BUT I hope this patch doesn't break 1,001 other things. (fingers crossed)
As usual Fluxflashor thank you for the great information.
I hope those wild packs are buyable with gold
They should be.
Wow, this is definitely a chunky patch, definitely looking forward to it. And ofc, thanks again to the legendary Flux for putting in all that hard work. I'm sure little sleep was had
Now I'm curios, how can someone datamine something that isn't available? Is there someone who leaked an internal build?
Those wild packs are pretty spicy! Hope it'll be a good deal
Those detailed Gryphon and Lion heads look amazing.
I always forget, but do these packs that include more than one expansion have a pity timer for legendaries as well?
Okay, so I believe all packs have a pity timer (of 40) but not all have the "First Ten" legendary guarantee.
Now, as for these Wild packs, I am at a solid maybe right now. It might have just been dumb luck, but I bought 10 of them and opened Sindragosa in the 7th pack. So again, maybe I just got lucky, or maybe they have the guarantee in the first ten packs. It's honestly unclear. But just in case, I'm waiting until the next expansion to get any Standard packs to see if I can sneak in an early legendary that way.
EDIT: I took it a little further and on an alt account I bought packs one at a time until 10 to see if both the Standard and Wild packs would give me a legendary.
Results: Standard pack #1 dropped a golden Instructor Fireheart, while Wild pack #5 dropped a Mal'Ganis. As stated above, I'm not opening standard packs until next expansion, but I've gone 3 for 3 with the Standard packs on my alt and the Wild packs on alt and main to get a legendary within 10 packs. So either I'm very very lucky today or they have a guaranteed legendary on the first 10 packs.
The “Year of..” packs don’t, so I’m not sure about these.
Actually Year of Dragon apparently does, but Year of Phoenix doesn't seem to. With any Standard and Wild ones we don't know yet. Hearthstone is really messing up when it comes to having any sort of consistency here. Your best bet might be to tweet at devs and hope one of them finally looks into it and provides us with some clarification.
HS and blizzard in general with their designs for their games is only consistent about being inconsistent
