We've got two new cosmetic coins arriving in the United in Stormwind expansion and they're coming out of the Rewards Track and Achievements.

How to Earn the Stormwind Coin Cosmetic

If you want to earn the new Stormwind Coin, you'll want to pick up the paid United in Stormwind Rewards Track and level it up to 90. It is at that point you will receive this new coin to use with your decks.

How to Earn the Lordaeron Coin Cosmetic

Earning the Lordaeron Coin is going to require quite a bit of effort, if not emptying your wallet. This is the reward for collecting 135 unique Stormwind cards. It should be noted that this will get easier in the future once the United in Stormwind Mini-Set is released.
