The early teaser might've given us a hint as to what was coming to Hearthstone Duels with the newest expansion, but we weren't exactly expecting 2 new playable Heroes for the Death Knight class! March of the Lich King continues down the route of doing everything in a bigger than usual fashion.
RegisKillbin has revealed these upcoming additions - and a lot more - in his previously scheduled YouTube video. Let's go over everything that awaits us in the very near future!
New Death Knight Heroes
Before we delve deeper, one important note: Regis clarified that Death Knight(-s) in Duels is also supposed to respect the limitations of the Rune System while deckbuilding. It's currently unknown how much that's going to translate towards the available cards offered in Buckets between the games. Since you can already Discover any and all Rune-specific cards regardless of your initial composition, this could go either way.
Two Death Knights is a curious number, anyway, considering we are going to have three Rune types at our disposal: Frost, Unholy, and Blood. The Corpses mechanic is also very much present and woven into several of the new Hero Powers and Signature Treasures.
Now, introducing the first unliving protagonist:
Scarlet Leafdancer
This one certainly likes their weapons. Here with the featured Hero Powers:
And Signature Treasures:
We won't find any Rune requirements here.
Sai Shadestorm
As for the second contender, somebody likes their Undead pets. Here with the featured Hero Powers:
And Signature Treasures:
No Rune restrictions here either.
New Passive & Active Treasures
An extra handful of more or less overpowered options to reinforce your deck with.
4 Passive Treasures
The Corpses synergy is strong here:

1 Active Treasure
Might be just one, but the creature's got style!

Bucket System Update
Regis has also mentioned that Team 5's developers told him there is a "big" update coming to the Bucket System in Duels. That's been on many people's wish list, and it sounds like a bigger shakeup as to how the entire thing works might be in the cards. However, we do not know the exact details yet - that will have to wait for the patch notes, which are already scheduled for Monday, Novemeber 28. Stay tuned! We'll share more on the topic as soon as we learn about it.
That's when we're going to find out for certain what exactly becomes playable with the patch itself, and what might have to wait for March of the Lich King's launch day on December 6. We're also expecting a confirmation as to whether the ongoing Duels runs will get retired on Tuesday with Patch 25.0.

What do you think? Happy to get some of Death Knights' overwhelming undeath power within Hearthstone Duels?

Cold Feet Pact.... WHAT!? That's insanely op. You can easily take powers and treasures and make your deck so it makes 50 corpses by turn 10. It's basically a slower at first buy way snowballier Glacial Downpour before the nerf! You can have Cadaver Collector with it as well! wtf.
Yes, the condition is to not spend corpses but i think you can easily flood the board with small tokens that die off, while you get a big minnion each turn for free, and play corpse consuming cards after you have 20 or so corpses banked up.
That one is getting nerfed first im calling it.
But remember, the risen minions don't count as corpses themselves and there's a lot of cards that consume corpses to make risen minions. You'd have to be running an Unholy focused deck to properly make use of Cold Feet Pact
This stuck out to me as well. Definitely needs moved to t2 ultra, and possibly have a stat cap.
I also think the Contagion Concoction will be pretty strong in the right zoo/reborn deck. This and Scourge Strike will be played often for Scarlet.
The Inexorable Ghoul is a slower Wax Rager, but has Rush. That and the Glaciaxe will likely be the most played treasures for Sai
Contagion Concoction damages the minion's controlling hero, not the enemy hero. It's an anti-zoo card.
You're right. Definitely read it the other way as the enemy hero.
I’m sure all 38 Duels player will love the addition
I don't know who these dipshits are, but they don't look edgy or hardcore enough to be Death Knights.
Based on the artwork of Scourge Strike and Remembrance of Ice, I think that they're fallen paladins who were risen as death knights, but broke free of The Lich King and are now helping fight off the Scourge in Silvermoon. That's basically the origin story for the playable Death Knights in WoW.
Scarlet for Constructed when? I don't know anything about canon Death Knights, but I want a female DK skin as fast as we got a lady DH!
