Along with a slew of other information dropped upon the players today, we also have some new card adjustments for Hearthstone's Constructed format! This includes cards that are expected to rotate to Wild with the release of the Year of the Pegasus, Core set balance changes, as well as the return of some banned Wild cards. Some highlights include:
- Prince Renathal is being reverted to granting 40 Health, from 35.
- Mechwarper is now a 4/4/4, from a 2/2/3, and is no longer banned in Wild.
You can see the full list of adjustments below. For the Core Set updates, we already covered them!

- [3 Mana] 3/4. Battlecry: Give all Arcane spells in your hand and deck Spell Damage +1.
Switcheroo
- [5 Mana] Draw 2 minions. Swap their Health.
- No longer banned in Wild.

I'm honestly not sure if reverting Renathal is a good idea anymore. With the exception of Mine Rogue, endless Time Warp shenanigans and Seedlock, the meta felt pretty cool lately. Granting Control players 5 more Health might well be the straw that breaks a lot of aggro deck's backs. We'll see I guess.
Other than that, I'm a bit sad they didn't revert Daddy D.
Would've forgotten about Sire Denathrius if you didn't mention him. I guess with the amount of rush tokens or ways to reliable draw him in the early game and beef him up with the amount of infuse, it would create a consistent OTK (especially paired with Brann). Then again, there's the age old response of: "Wild games never get to 10 mana."
That's not really true, though. Kazakusan, Odyn, Prime Designate, and Reno, Lone Ranger all see Wild play. I know those aren't 10 mana, but they are lategame cards that usually set up to win by turn 10. The adage is more that you don't reach turn 10 against an aggro or combo deck, which is a moot point since that's also true in Standard. Denathrius would absolutely see play unnerfed, especially in Druid.
