Again, I love RNG, ergo, I love this card.
Soon to be featured in a Trollden video near you!
I don't like it, too random.
Would you look at the time?
It's high noon roll ^^
Hate playing in Wild and never drawing demons for Skull to summon? Well have we got an answer for you!
YOU FACE JARAXXI, EREDAR LORDS OF THE UNPLAYABLE LEGION!!!
that's not fair, they'd at least be 5/17 :^)
Wait, if you buff Lord Jaraxxus while he is in your hand, will you get a 5/8 weapon and 17 life?
nope, handbuffs don't carry over because the minion and the actual playable hero are different (although it would be more fun if it did)
But then how come secrets like Snipe can damage your hero when you play the Lord Jaraxxus minion?
because Lord Jaraxxus is a silly card who was designed at the birth of Hearthstone where consistency wasn't a thing and they thought it would be funny if he worked that way.
Remember that Handbuffs weren't a thing back then so there's no way they could have known this would be a possibility.
And while it would be funny to get something like a 7-attack weapon and 4 extra health on Jaraxxus I feel like it would also be kind of ridicululous.
In any case, Jaraxxus is very unique and it's probably not even possible to really standardize him without reworking him entirely (which might be a possibility later down the line seeing how they revamped Priest)
Never tried it, but I'm sure Handbuffs don't work on him.
Would be interesting if it did though... He could use something to boost his Playrate.
All the cards are so greenish that i mistook this card for a demon hunter's one
People are calling it a meme card, which I can see, but this expansion is going to be pretty demon-heavy. And those random demons could include a wide swath of demons from other classes--but bigger.
This gives you a handful of Embiggened demons. I bet that you could fill your hand with filler and then unleash some disgusting power moves with this card.
Zoo can use it in the same way it used Arch-Villain Rafaam, but it's not going to be an average play for Zoo, as early turns don't fit with randomness.
Renounce Darkness, but playable for Handlock, to transition from Control to Tempo mode.
Could be a better soul infusion and zoo plays that doesn't it? Soul infusion for your entire hand? And it doesnt whiff on no minions. Sounds pretty good to me.
The problem is when the Demons you get cost too much mana.
As an Aggro, Zoo is low curve, it can't afford expensive minions, except in a last stand where anything else already failed.
They really want warlock to be the hand buff class
it didn't work in Boomsday do they think it'll work now?
I think you mean rastakhans rumble? (Hi-reek & spirit of the bat stuff)
oh yeah I was just thinking of the 1 mana spell that gave a minion +2/+2 and that 2/2 minion that gave demons in hand +2/+2 but thanks for reminding me about an entire set where Warlock also got nothing
