Cheap card generation, albeit random card generation. Unless you need those cheap spells for some grander purpose (activating Velarok or discounting Snatch and Grab), the random pool of spells might be too big to feel confident about getting anything useful.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
It's cheap, but that's about all that can be said in favor of this card. I prefer discover options like Stick Up but that's just me. Surely the chaos connaisseurs out there will love this.

Well, its a way to get a trigger for Velarok Windblade. That probably at least makes it not garbage.
