Finally some Big Priest support 🙄 Zilliax will love this. You could also res Aman'thul. I'm sure I'm forgetting something here, but I'm just as sure I'll find out about that soon enough.

As far as Standard goes, there's not a lot of minion cheat that Priest can use to get a big body out early. So we're probably going to see this as a spell to target resummon big minions after they were played fairly. Zilliax, Aman'thul, Yogg are all great hits if you've already had them die. If you can regularly get minions like that, then this is a great card. However, I'll say it's decent at best, at least with the support it has right now.

Doesn't seem bad with Twilight Medium. Even though you don't get the Battlecry, a 5/6 Taunt for 3 Mana is pretty nice. I'm sure there are other good cards, but I don't feel like looking.
