Those are insane stats for a 1 drop and it has the Pirate tribe tag! My initial euphoria was a bit dapened when Schmoopydady told me he was looking forward to killing someone with a Prize Plunderer though. Still, more often than not this will be super strong in Wild Aggro Priest. There are synergies with Treasure Distributor, Parachute Brigand, Patches the Pirate, Ship's Cannon, Thirsty Drifter, Sauna Regular and Frenzied Felwing. Let's just hope we don't kill ourselves using those :D

There are so many good 1-Drops that don't have drawbacks - if you're running this it's probably because you're specifically looking to take advantage of its self-harm ability, either using it to discount Sauna Regular or turn its drawback into upside with the Tourist. It is a pirate, which plays well with all the Pirate payoffs in this set, so I think that DH might have a reason for playing this but I don't see it in Priest. Most of Priest's cards in this set feel like DH cards, but that's OK because most of Hunter's cards feel like Priest cards.
