You should never ignore Mana cheat, especially when it comes with a decent body and a useful keyword. I'm looking forward to trying this in Wild Aggro Priest :-)

Even with all the self-harm tools Priest has gotten, I think I see this more as a reason for Demon Hunter to run the Tourist. In Standard, I just don't think there's enough stuff for Aggro Priest (but I would love to be proven wrong). This is a really strong card for DH, though. I think I expect Naga DH to go Tourist, and maybe a few other archetypes could try it as well.

Huh, self-damage synergy for Priest. Now I just need to see the ways to actually damage yourself.
