If the Shaman Macaw taught us anything, this is going to be a strong card. Death Roll and Furious Fowls are obvious targets from the new set, but you could also try goofy stuff like Flark's Boom-Zooka. Very nice addition to Hunter!

If I'm understanding this right, it only works with targeted spells - ones that were "cast at an enemy". If that's the case, it works with Death Roll and Furious Fowls in the new set and targeted damage spells like Quick Shot. It could be OK, but unless there's some really powerful combo I think this one'll stay on the bench.

I guess if there is no valid enemy, it will hit a friendly, and if it can't do that, it will just whiff? Still, just play it with a spell that can go face, or wait until there is a minion worth killing.
