Arena card, or generated by card, you never hard run this in constructed...
That is ridiculous. You hold onto it for a turn that you could realistically cast a 6 cost minion... and get a 7 cost minion for a substantially discounted rate? Thankfully it's totally RNG and not Discover. That would have made this broken..
