  • The other quest is better.

  • Probably isn't going to see play. 

  • Gonk support, but claws wont make that much difference I am afraid.

  • I don't like this card very much, the only use I can think of is with [Hearthstone Card (Gonk, the Raptor) Not Found]

  • This looks like a favorite card for say wild or arena in standard it looks nice for small removals. Also will Gonk make a reappearance? This reward does give hero 6 attack and armor if used in one turn.

  • I don't know why i need to play this card with Gonk, the Raptor when i can just play an otk maly druid. It's an arena card for me

  • Yep, I don´t think druid´s hero power is something you want more of... I think it will not see play in a world where druids have an absolute beast of a quest.

  • Some memes with Gonk, the Raptor, however, I don't see this being put into any other druid deck—too slow for token and unnecessary for quest. Wild already has much better card generation—no synergy with jade or combo

  • it's easy to complete and it's a good resource generator for removal in the late game, but i don't know if that's enough to see play in the current meta state

  • I can see this seeing play in a Wild combo Druid deck for sure!

  • This could honestly make Gonk OTK playable

    Picture this: We take the Malygos Quest Druid shell and just remove BEES! and Wardruid Loti. Then we need Gonk to die and Dreampetal Florist or Jepetto to hit Mad Summoner.

    In the end the combo will be: Double Witching Hour to double Gonk, play the Sidequest, cast Pounce (you only need one, but running two is probably good) and kill two imps to finish the quest. Cast the 3 claws and you're up to 8-10 attack damage, which will result in a 56-70 damage OTK

    The advantage over the old OTK (which worked essentially the same) is that you don't actually have to run Claw in your deck, which frees up at least one card slot (and you get more potential damage overall, which is good against armor classes or when you need to use up a Pounce earlier)

    While Malygos needs less overall combo pieces it doesn't nearly have as much damage.

    You could also ditch the Witching Hour plan and just run Floop, Gonk and Faceless and hope that you get to Jepetto before you've drawn all 4 combo minions. In that deck you could basically always pull off the combo as long as you hold on to both Innervates.

      This is exactly what I want to do with this card. Gonk combos are hard to set up, but when you pull it off, DAMN it's fun! Just watching Malfurion smack face 7 or 8 times in a row makes me cackle with glee.

  • I wish it would be rare instead of epic, then everybody could experiment with Feral Druid more easily. I know HS isn't WoW, but cards like Savagery, Claw, Pounce capture the fantasy of druid better than token decks (personal opinion, creatures of the forest atacking the enemies is more like Disney Snow white). But we've got Gonk, the Raptor, Savage Striker and other support slowly piling up - one day...
