Might be good for stealth rogue
This card have a strength that other spellburst don't. It survives the turn 4 if summoned for tempo, and on turn 5 with any spell guarranteed spell burst.
The RNG on this spellburst leaves something to be desired. In Arena, I can see this being a top pick because of the stealth effect, but since you need a spell to active the other ability makes it a bonus in that environment and not a priority.
Kinda slow but interesting.
