Bloodlust, but if you switch it out might as well switch off the overload package entirely imo.

Totem Shaman is awesome. I'm running this list with two lighning storms, it really helps against DH and Warlock wide boards. I cut out some cards I found not that overwhelming when playing, I don't run a one-drop, sludge slurper is bad on turn one, since you can't totem on turn 2. I put in Bloodlust since I don't have Vessina and I feel it might often be better. I also noticed there are tons of spells in this deck, even more in my decklist, so I added in a Fist of Ra-den, I use it mostly to generate additional board presence with 3 mana spells and if needed you can generate 1-2 reliquary of souls on demand with the 1 mana spells if you need the healing for longer games.
