This start is definitely not the fastest, but it gives you a lot of control tools that you may need throughout the run. [Hearthstone Card (Posion Seeds) Not Found] is pretty nutty here in combination with your Hero Power + Swipe or Wretched Tutor + a spell to trigger her Spellbrust. You also have a lot of healing and a decent amount of expensive spells to heal more through Groundskeeper.
