Welcome to the Hearthstone realm!
Questline Hunter is doing well in this meta, but that doesn't mean we cannot find other ways to mess with our gigachad Rexxar.
Basically your goal is to draw Azsharan Saber, shuffle Sunken Saber into your deck, then play Dire Frenzy on it with Twinbow Terrorcoil active to shuffle 6 6/6 copies of it. Then just slam stuff onto your opponent's board and continue to chain Sabers, and try to end the game.
The presented decklist is the budget version that costs only 880 Dust, and that can be a huge game-changer for new players. However, if you are a whale, you can run Barak Kodobane and Beaststalker Tavish in place of Elise Starseeker and Ysera the Dreamer. Barak gives you additional card draw, while Tavish grants more late-game oomph to your damage. The budget version also gives late-game value, but it's by replacing additional Sabers with random Legendary minions, which is less consistent.
