No Spell Relic DH

Pretty fun archetype but incredibly boring deckbuilding as it builds itself with "packages". I expect this deck to be strong (high tier 2) and really annoying to face when it finds relics early just like the already existing Fel Relic DH. In sum, it's just a better version of it
