The goal of this Perils in Paradise Wild Hearthstone Pirate Shaman OTK combo deck is to use Patches the Pilot combined with Adrenaline Fiend!

We do this by playing double Adrenaline Fiend and summoning many Pirates to buff our Attack for the OTK!
