Classic Shudderwock as a fun to play Singleton Deck. Can be pretty insane with Shaman Quest Corrupt the Waters. Double battlecry Zephrys the Great! And also Zephrys effect from Shudderwock.

Mulligan Guide

Obviously keep the quest and play it immediately. Always keep Questing Explorer as it synergises with the quest. Other than that try to mulligan for low cost battlercry minions. You can keep Shudderwock, Doppelgangster and Grumble, Worldshaker if you feel you can afford not replacing it with a lower cost card, since these are key parts of the combo. Zephrys usually is also a good keep.

Tech cards

Dirty Rat for combo disruption, e.g. against other Shudderwock decks or Mecha'thun

Mind Control Tech is generally good, but especially against Big Priest (which is in general a bad matchup for this deck).

Loatheb for example against Big Priest (play when other player is on 6 mana next turn) and Exodia mage.

Skulking Geist against Jade Druid. Also destroys some other cards which can be a pain.

Acidic Swamp Ooze is classic weapon removal.

Kezan Mystic to steal your opponent's Ice Block 😉
