Old Guardian's Budget Tempo Rogue

Rogue is a class that always finds a way for those dedicated to the craft. With powerful tempo tools, especially Sap, Rogue can simply prevent the opponent from making plays while chipping away at their life total and ultimately bursting them down. For some strange reason, this deck is currently the best-performing Rogue deck after the nerfs when looking at all ranks. Yes, that means ahead of every full-cost Rogue deck. Not a situation that will last, but a small hint at the power that budget decks can wield.
