Yogg-Saron is a Caster Mercenary. They were added in the 23.6.0 Castle Nathria Pre-Purchase patch which was released on June 27, 2022.

Yogg-Saron - Mercenary Equipment
This is the equipment you can wear on Yogg-Saron. Only one piece of equipment can be worn at a time. The first tier of each piece of equipment is obtained by completing achivements and tasks with additional tiers coming from Mercenary Packs or Yogg-Saron Coins.
