Mak'Gora!

One of the key combos is setting up Garrosh for a duel to the death (requires max level Gauntlets and Mak'Gora), in a buffed state vs a neutered enemy.
The other Orcs provide orc synergy, Xyrella with max level Blinding Luminance and Wand, Tirion for Judgement of Humility, and Blessing of Kings.
Samuro is a backup with the usual Xyrella/Tirion combo.

What to lead with depends on enemy comp, but note that you're displaying a 3-Attacker list while one of your biggest damage dealers is actually a Protector, and your most important support is a Caster. If Garrosh dips below 50 hp and you have the option to have Xyrella or Tirion on the field, he'll be killing an enemy each turn from there on.
