If you haven't noticed yet. For SOME REASON when you die to new c'thun from full health because your rogue opponent is a lucky piece of human trash. You can't concede. You are forced to watch the entire animation, from start to finish before the game lets you leave.

I don't remember this being the case for old C'thun but it sure is a bad feeling when you're stuck there with the slow animation plinking you down from full health. ESPECIALLY after watching your opponent get lucky all game as had happened to me.

I've completed a 1000 XP daily quest and not received the XP bonus. Has it happened to anyone else?

I'm at level 12 and have 479/1750 xp At the moment. After completing the daily quest, I was expecting to reach 1479 but I'm still at 479.

I've even checked my packs for an ashes of outland card pack in case I remember my previous level wrong. However, I don't have the pack also. So, I'm pretty sure I was at 479 XP before completing the quest.

I currently have the weekly quest "Play 50 Corrupt cards." active. But no matter which mode I play, it doesn't get updated. I'm still 0/50 but I played Corrupt cards in ranked as well as in casual. The other weekly quest ("Spend 500 mana") got updated even in unranked/casual.

Anyone with the same problem?

Just a quick thread of community kindness regarding the achievement called 'Forbidden Jutsu', which requires you to summon a 10+ cost minion with Shadow Clone.

While the card itself is only a rare, so most players can in principle finish this achievement, the hard part is that it relies pretty much entirely on what your opponent does because you cannot really force them to a) have a 10+ cost minion, and b) force them to trigger the secret with it. Even with Old Gods around, this one can take forever because you are not really in control...

The helpful solution is to go to Wild, where you can go out of your way to do all of the following relatively easily:

1. Stall for ages, reducing the cost of Arcane Giant to 0.
2. Then in a single turn play Vanish to clean up the board,
3. next play the giant and give it to the opponent with Silas Darkmoon,
4. then play Shadow Clone and bounce Silas out of there with Shadowstep.

You will need some cost reduction too, e.g. with Preparations and/or Emperor Thaurissan, but in 1 turn you can make it so the opponent has nothing but a 10+ cost minion to attack you and nothing else with. Since the worst thing that can happen is that you get an 8/8 with stealth, and you have done nothing threatening all game, they should be willing to do the deed and give you your achievement, even if they have no idea what is going on.

Finally, use the 'Thanks' emote, concede, and cash in your XP.

What Wild decks are you enjoying experimenting with thus far into the Darkmoon expansion?

So far I've only played:

Deathrattle Hunter 

Spell mage

Secret Mage

Token Druid

By now most of us have had a chance to make at least a few decks with the new cards.  We obviously have NOT had enough time to see what the meta will be like, let alone if the cards we liked in theory are worth a damn.

That being said, I am getting the itchy crafting finger to want to craft Tickatus and Y'Shaarj, the Defiler for a theory craft Wild deck I have.  Given that both of these are legendary, the craft cost is not cheap.  

So my questions I have to pose for the community is this... what are the cards you want to craft, and how long do you usually wait to craft cards after a release?

So I'm gonna take a break from hearthstone constructed. And now you may be wondering "But bagel the Xpac just came out?" And to that, I counter with "Yeah but I have a solid 25 cards from it" Quite frankly had it not been for duels I might have had a bit more but I was 3 epics away from a new treasure so I just bought some SA packs to get it, and now I'm high and dry to get any Darkmoon stuff. And so far from the games I've played in standard, I saw about 3 secret hunters, 2 AGGRO HUNTERS IN STANDARD, and a stealth rouge oh and also a warlock who didn't play any DMF cards except C'thun who he didn't even finish building.

So quite frankly I get it's still new and stuff but I've seen no cards, been beaten up by hunters in standard, and am pretty much broke due to the new reward system, but hey I've got 40 dust from that year of the dragon pack! So while I'm not quitting hearthstone entirely I'm taking a break from standard/ranked/duels whatever needs a collection and just gonna do some battlegrounds every now and then. Because I want my matches to be slightly less decided by rolling a single D20.

Yes, I KNOW this is problably just a visual bug, but it gave me a good laugh, so I thought I might share :D (Or Blizz is being serious and I´ll have to play all the 65 Brawl games, guess I´ll find out later today XD)

What the fuck is this crap ? Can remove up to 10 cards with Ysharj, seriously, fire those incompetent devs.

This card alone will destroy any chance to see some controls decks.

Aight so I don't know why this is happening, but I was playing against my friend just to test the new cards before probably leaving the game forever and as a last desert, this happens. . . I was trying a crazy double yogg, cthun shudderwock deck with grumble and all that other stuff that's needed. My friend is on mobile and I'm in pc. When I played shudder after I've played all the key cards, the game stopped and my friend disconnected. He is now telling me his game is in an endless loop that it tries to reconnect, fails and over and over. I thought it's funny until I tried to close the game myself. And I close the game, battlenet and that stuff even with task manager, but when I open the game again it goes straight to that match and it waits for my friend to reconnect.

It's an endless loop and a new bug record for blizz. Anyways, I should not have posted this but thought it is something important. I can update you all with new screenshots later if you want. Now its 12 min waiting lol

Simple as that: I wanted to test the new Yogg while playing Duels. Made a deck full of spells, played 10 of them, played Yogg and... nothing happened! Where was not even the wheel "effect" on screen. 

Anyone knowing what's going on? 

This overlay popped up during a Duels run, and the only way I could get rid of it was to restart the Hearthstone client

edit:   Blizzard indicate the are going to replace the last 6 packs with a total of 1350 gold. This means these graphs are not currently accurate. Though I still maintain even level 50 is less gold than just quests in the old system (now 5,450g vs 7260g), and for far more effort.

One of the causes for confusion when people are assessing the new rewards track system, is that it's not clear how much gold XP is worth.

This is complicated by the fact that it changes depending on what level you've reached.

So using data from https://outof.cards/hearthstone/2200-the-rewards-track-how-long-to-get-to-level-50-644000-experience-required-to-get-to-level-150 I've charted the data - though I might be out by 1 level. This chart averages the value in gold of 1000XP based on what level you finish on the rewards track. Example:

If you finish at level 50, your 192,200XP equated to 21.85 Gold per 1000XP.

This is in contrast to the early levels which go as high as 78.43 Gold per 1000XP, or level 100 which nears 30 Gold per 1000XP.

I only went to level 100, because quite frankly, unless you are example 1 in Celestation's 2 examples from his twitter post, and play 5 hours each and every day (i.e. a third of your waking life), the vast majority of people will get no where near level 100 let alone level 150 unless changes are made.

Quick, the Old Gods are coming! We'd best design a card to appease them...

• You must create a Class minion with the Corrupt mechanic
  • Thankfully, Y'Shaarj isn't too picky - we don't mind if you leave out the Corrupted version of the card, given how tricky it might be to find appropriate art
• Your minion must be of a minion type not typically associated with your Class
  • We need to make sure N'Zoth has enough fuel! Here's a list of the minion types we think are normally associated with each class:

I know Arena at the moment its not the main subject of discussion, and its far from the glorious days as a game mode, but I am one of the few ones who still enjoy it a lot, and still play it for at least 4-5 days per week. I was refreshing this forum a lot this  to find some thoughts on the upcoming meta, and upcoming rotation, or cards, and nothing, I know that we have the Arena impact, but even that one if not full. I know I am not boozor, sinti or some other of you favorite Arena contend creator, but I still decided to write a post about this to share my opinions, and to ask what to you guys think about the upcoming set to Arena, it will be impactful enough? it will change the meta? is corrupt cards good for Arena? Below I had few videos in which I show my thoughts for the upcoming expansion.

This isn't live in Hearthstone until tomorrow, but I figured we could at least get the theorycraft game started.

This is on top of the update on patch day which brought the new treasures and hero powers into the builder.

Hi, I need help!

I can't play ranked or casual mode at all.
It started when I tried to play on my cellphone and I thought at first it was just a bug on the phone. But it wouldn't work on the tablet either and now, just tried on my PC and it still doesn't work!
Every other mode works fine, solo, tavern brawl, duels, battlegrounds and arena, I just checked and they all work. But when I click on "Play" to play ranked, the "wooden circlet" around the hearthstone logo spins forever and nothing happens. Tried googling to see if someone else had raised the issue but I found nothing.
