War Axe Nerf

War Axe Nerf is a Hearthstone patch released on Sept. 18, 2017. It was versioned 9.1.0 with the build number 20970. It was released during the expansion Knights of the Frozen Throne

Card Changes

• Murloc Warleader - No longer grants +1 Health.
• Innervate - Now grants only 1 mana crystal (from 2).
• Fiery War Axe - Cost increased to 3 (from 2).
• Hex - Cost increased to 4 (from 3).
• Spreading Plague - Cost increased to 6 (from 5).

Card Changes

• Innervate - Now reads: Gain 1 Mana Crystal this turn only. (Down from 2)

• Fiery War Axe - Now costs 3 mana.  (Up from 2)

• Hex - Now costs 4 mana. (Up from 3)

• Murloc Warleader Now reads: Your other Murlocs have +2 Attack. (Down from +2 Attack, +1 Health)

• Spreading Plague Now costs 6 mana. (Up from 5)
