The Power of Magic
The Dark Flight are out to capture the magic of Azeroth. Discover the magic within to defeat the forces of evil!
How it Works
- You'll choose which of the Magical Guardians to play as: Nemsy/Warlock, Tyrande/Priest, Liadrin/Paladin, or Elise/Druid.
- Your opponent will be Wicked Prince Kael'thas, who starts with 4 Mana Crystals and 40 Health! He is playing a Dragon Mage deck.
- At the start of the game ten "Magic of Azeroth" spells are shuffled into your deck. They are Cast When Drawn, and allow you to Discover a spell from your class. It will cost 0.

Not too bad an experience, but probably because Im playing with a skin I'll never pay money for, and the RoS music made my day.
As for the fight itself, its certainly not impossible to win with the four classes as long as you keep in mind;
- Opponent's secret is (in my experience) always Mana Bind. So there's no sense in testing for anything
- Opponent starts with 4 extra mana but without a lick of sense. More often than not it'll just hp your minions or play big stuff. The key here is to discover spells that deal with big stuff and most of the time you're clean.
- Hilariously, if youre playing warlock and you have Robes of Protection, the AI will start killing his own stuff with spells as long as he cant target your face.
- Always mulligan for nozdormu. There's simply no other card that's more important than this one. No sense waiting either. Play on 4, doesn't matter what your opponent does, he's 4 mana ahead. Dont bother mulligan for early game, because your opponent will easily get rid of it. You want either value or impactful cards around 2-4 mana. Let the 0 mana spells help with controlling the early game.
- There are no easiest deck here. All have their own strengths and weaknesses. Although I have to be frank in saying that warlock is hard, mostly because warlock spells are shit and they have little to no way to protect their board. You're really best trying to get as much card draw as you can, because its a demon buff deck in essence and even the shittiest discover pools will eventually make good somehow.
This boss fight is surprisingly tough.
Druid is the best, Paladin kinda sucks, Warlock is outright unplayable. As Priest out of 10 tries I've won only once, and only because discovered Psychic Scream on turn 3.
Literally won turn 4 with Paladin haha, not sure how the others are but I guess I just got really lucky.
I don't think you were lucky. Paladin seems pretty reliable. I played Paladin first and, while the deck wasn't thematic or full of wacky cards, it was solid and felt okay to play, so those random discovers feel really powerful.
Warlock is effectively unplayable -- a lot of high-cost, no impact, slow building gimmick minions that can be boardwiped by the opponent while they can attack face consistently. If you drop Nozdormu (variant art for the Paladin version), the opponent can pyroblast you directly. Every part of that deck is hot garbage. This is aggravated by the fact that Warlock spells en masse suck, so random Warlock is always a bad time in HS vairant games.
Paladin seems reliable since it re-makes huge boards with spells -- if you get the right spells -- and has mediocre-to-decent minions.
Priest requires significant luck because the minions in it are trash. You want to get card draw into card draw so that you can hope that one of your random spells wins the day. So Druid would be that times ten.
While this is probably better than the average brawl, it's bizarre how bad the curation is. It's not merely that the decks are bad, it's that Blizz has a habit of making unfun decks with boring cards that you wouldn't play with even in a casual game. It's like they're allergic to meme decks.
Still, at least they tried. Imagine what they could do if they actually paid someone to make these regularly.
I got a win with Warlock on my second try playing Nozdormu early: I did get Pyroblasted in the face, but discovered some good cards, won the board and drew healing so there wasn't enough other damage to kill me off. But I agree that if draw and discover RNG isn't on your side, you don't stand a chance.
At last a fresh new and enjoyable Brawl. Way to go!
Its fresh, but i wouldnt call ti enjoyable at all.
Did you get noz on 4 and discoverc godo free spells? No to bad try again
Oponent got liek turn 3/4 drakefire/power of creation? to abd try again
Surprisingly enjoyable for a one-and-done PvE brawl :-)
I've got the "5 wins in Brawl / Arena / Duels" weekly quest, so I think I'll try to get a win with all classes.
In any case, I'm happy to see a new brawl instead of another repeat.
The best way to defeat the AI is if you choose the Druid char.
It offers the best spells to take the lead in the game.
The 10 mana who cast 8 random spells, if you get it, is the win.
Good luck everyone.
Yoooo, finally something new than Randomonium or Valeera's Bag of spells. NICE
OK, but what is the deck? Can you publish
You choose a class so there are multiple decks.. only way to find out is probably through datamining
