Competition Theme: Branching Out
We've seen what Scholomance Academy can offer, but perhaps you're looking for a different area of study? We've got you covered this week.
- You must create a Dual Class card using a non-Scholomance combination of classes
- Your card can be any combination of two classes, so long as it isn't one of the 10 options covered in the Scholomance Academy expansion. This means you have a total of 35 different class combinations to choose from!
Hordaki asks us this week to imagine what some other dual class combinations might bring to the game.
As always, I can be reached through Discord or here on the site via PM if you have any issues to report.
Competition Phases
Here are the phases of this card design competition

Welcome to the site!
So everyone is aware, we have implemented a change to the finalist voting: if you make it into the finals, you do not get a vote! This was a requested change that hopefully levels the playing field for everyone. It should keep any fringe cases from appearing where the supposed winner lost because they didn't vote for themselves and things like that.
...and while it wasn't ready for yesterday's voting, it was technically added in today. Just letting everyone know in the interest of full disclosure: if you were a finalist for 2.01, your finalist vote was deleted. It did not change any of the results, however, so everyone placed where they should have.
Also, we now have the means to include dual-class cards in our submission form! Enter the two classes you're using in the "Class" section, and the form will pick them up. This could conceivably include more than two classes, if the need ever arises (like Tri-class cards from Mean Streets of Gadgetzan).
I have two ideas: the flavor of the first one is kind of iffy, so I included another card just in case you like it more.
First idea, I'll go for a Hunter/Priest card, no one else would be that crazy....
Damn it Linkblade!
Anyway, I've got a feeling this is far too strong as it is, and I need to dig out some better artwork, but as a general idea I like it.
Feedback as always:

As for Edwin, giving all your minions Rush is terrifying. I think the deck building restriction would be very difficult to meet in Rogue, especially without any additional payoff like Paladin has. This would instantly fit it Pure Paladin though. The rush bit is seriously scary though.
Here is my first idea, a Rogue/Warlock who will use slight of hand to mess with your opponent.
@Linkblade: Wandering Monk is interesting, but it is a bit weird how he damage himself when played in Hunter. I think if it said "Your Hero Power targets all other characters" it would be better. Also, shaveyou makes a good point about it being pretty underpowered in terms of cost/stats. Edwin is cool, but I think it is a bit too good in Paladin where you can already build a fairly good deck without neutral minions.
@shaveyou: I like the flavor, though it could use a bit of tweaking. I think it should restore 4 health, and give the beast +2 attack.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Another week, another design competition! I was initially enamored with doing some Priest/Rogue burgle shenans, but somehow ended on Druid/Paladin.
Both Druid and Paladin have different ways to buff the deer and flood the board to maximize the effect, but neither has an easy way to kill it themselves and must rely on trading into/with it. Both do also have ways to give it Taunt (although Paladin's is on a rotating basis) which can make it easier to proc, but I do not currently see a way that this card can be abused. Currently think it might be a bit underpowered, but I am really happy with the flavor of the card. Might change the name to Sacred Stag for alliteration and being a bit less obvious about the reference.
Hello everyone!
I had this idea for a while now and I really wnat to know what you all think.
Let's talk about class identities first: Minion types included in the Shaman pool are Murlocs, Totems and Elementals, while Hunters focused on Beasts Mechs and Dragons. So what about a card that can be included in all of those minion based decks?
No huge stats, but super cheap and should be an auto-include. Is it too specific to print for only two clases? Is it too powerful? Can't wait for your feedback!
Oh, and while I was working on this one, I thought of something else. Doesn't need much explanation I guess, it's a dumb pun, combined with an either agressive or mediocre healing effect:
Too tired now to give feedback sadly. But love to see all your work <3
While I know the art is well known, and I honestly searched for something less orderly, my idea would be to combine hunter and paladin by giving their cheap minions steeds/riders.
Hoo. Was away today, but I was able to prepare this in advance.
Will get to feedback soon.
i'll go with this one i've made back when Scholomance was anounced, i don't want to make a new card because i'm focused in the custom exp, but in case of mass disliking, i might consider using one of my scraped ideas to make a new card.
Feedback tomorow.
Do you also like Elden Ring? Then you should check out my Elden Ring inspired Duels Heroes!
This is my first submission. I'm really excited to participate!
After seeing the artwork for Demonic Thanatos and how much it looks like a nathrezim, I made a redeemed nathrezim like Lothraxion as a Warlock/Paladin card. Karaak, Legion Redeemer can mitigate the damage of self-damage Warlock and give more options for self-heal Paladin (such as Rastakhan).
Gee, I bet no one saw this theme coming :)
Paladin gets a choose one effect, while druid gets some stats setting that paladin normally gets, such as Humility and Keeper of Uldaman. The effect is not particularly efficient but very versatile, either by buffling a friendly minion or weakening an enemy one in two ways.
Quick Feedback
linkblade91:
Wandering Monk: It feels a little weird for hunter to damage friendly characters, but I like the idea of buffing the hero power in both of these classes that feels natural. Not to be nitpicky, but hearthstone doesn't support target more than one target at a time, so it would be better to put "affects" instead of "targets".
Edwin, the Revolutionary: I like the card a lot. It's interesting for Rogue, and maybe not as interesting for Paladin (its probably going to be in every pure paladin deck).
shaveyou: Priest doesn't have a lot of beasts to target, but other than that good card!
KANSAS: I'm not exactly sure how this card works. I think it works like Star Student Stelina, where you pick one of three options and the replaced card ends up in your opponent's hand and not yours. If that's the case, you might want to change the wording to be more in line in that.
BloodMefist: I like the flavor and creativity. You could add more health to make it a little stronger, as it also makes the deathrattle harder to activate. The word attack needs to be capitalized.
bananenparty: Baby Amalgam is too underpowered imo, as neutral 0 mana 1/1s come with a tribe. I also don't see a good reason why this isn't a neutral card.
Bipolar Elemental is interesting, though I don't like the name. The healing option is much weaker than the damage option. I could see this at 6 mana and not be overpowered. The word one and the word health on the card text needs to be capitalized.
Elfensilver: The word down in the card title and rush in the card text needs to be capitalized. I think the card is a bit narrow, as you need a lot of one drops to be useful, but it could be useful in an aggro deck.
Demonxz95: Very cool card! I've seen this effect a lot in the Hearthcards gallery, so I'm not sure if it would affect how people vote on it. Nice catch on making this even cost.
MrRhapsody: I think you need to specify that it destroys one of your mana crystals and not your opponents (that would make it op) and that it discards a random card unless you're intending for you to choose which card to discard.
RealJC1234TheToonist: It's good to see you here :) I'm happy to see new people making their own custom cards! It looks like you've submitted your card already. You can't change the card after its submitted, so you should wait until after feedback is given next time before submitting.
That being said, I think the card is very interesting. I think it could use a bit more stats since the card needs to be built around to take advantage of the effect.
First idea I had:
Yeah, yeah, can't give Druid weapons, that ship sailed with Sphere of Sapience.

There's no real point for the Baby Amalgam to be exclusive to 2 classes, and it's really understated. I like the Elemental more, but I think it would be better with 5 health on heal, 6 mana and remove the damage to the enemy minion.

Man, all those cards made me realise how much design space there is with dual class cards. I really hope Blizz returns to this one day.
Card I made a while ago, I think it would fit smoothly
Feedback:
@linkblade91
Formatting - no mistakes
Flavor/idea - Don’t really see the connection between the character and these classes, and since that’s the point of the theme… CRITICAL FLAW (-2 stars)
Balance - I’m not sure Hunter would run this in hopes of a desperate 2 damage AoE and have it be a nuisance the rest of the time. Same idea with Priest (-1 star)
Rating: 2/5
Edwin, the Revolutionary:
Formatting - no mistakes
Flavor/idea - Love it! The flavor really fits with the classes, and the idea is very cool.
Balance - I think it’s OP honestly. That Rush part is too much IMO… plus the text would look much better and spaced out if you removed it (-1 star)
Rating: 4/5 (5/5 after Rush part is removed)

I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?
Harry James Potter-Evans-Verres, hpmor.com
Here comes my idea. This time it was kind of challenging to think of something fiting, to be honest.
Yeah another dwarf, but I was kind of disappointed that they had prefered to choose a Tauren or a plenty of Night Elves as teachers (did not make much of a sense lore-wise) and not a single dwarf (my guess was Paladin/Warrior back then).
This minion also references the Doyle clan of Wildhammer Dwarves, which was unfortunately wiped out in WoW: Cataclysm so we never had the chance to see them anywhere (except one in Battle for Azeroth).
From the gameplay standpoint in highlander hunter it is quite strong with Siamat (Rush/Windfury/Divine Shield all at once) and also King Krush (Maybe that is a bit too strong, but I have not seen a Highlander playing Shan'do Wildclaw with Dinotamer Brann a single time.)
Shaman would not have to rely just on a Neutral Beasts, beacause they have acces to [Hearthstone Card (The Lurker Bellow) Not Found].
Alternative Design - Cheaper Mana Cost, but the effect is only for one turn - easier to track the effect: 2 mana 3/2 - Battlecry: Give the next Beast you play this turn Windfury and the next Elemental Rush.
Feedback coming later today.
First idea for now. Tried to put it in fewer words but this is the best i can. Basically you give it divine shield, it has taunt. Enemy hits it once, it gets stealth which saves it and lets you buff it with divine shield again.
How would rogues give divine shield? Idk, i imagine there would be more rogue/paladin cards that would do that if this class combo was real.
I'll boop you
Its good to be back! Last week I was too busy to comment here but this week I'll try my best. :)
I think I'm gonna go with the card I posted on Reddit some time ago:
This is one of the funniest cards I've created and I feel obligated to use it as my entry, but is it too boring to reuse a card I've posted elsewhere before?

While I will give feedback later, I am not sure what version of my card looks best, and would also like feedback on this decision.
Quick feedback time.
Linkblade91 - I didn't think anyone would be crazy enough to make a Hunter/Priest card, but you did it! And in a way that actually makes sense both mechanically and thematically. Wandering Monk is a cool card, although you will get quite a lot of comments telling you Hunter should have good AoE.
Edwin is flashier, although it seems EXTREMELY strong to give all your minions Rush for the rest of the game. Look at Dr. Boom, Mad Genius which only gave your Mechs Rush and also required you play 7 mana to do nothing that turn (unless you're able to summon a Mech on the same turn you play him). Rogue might have some difficulty with the no-Neutrals requirement, but Pure Paladin slots it in extremely easily.
Shaveyou - Wow, so TWO people were crazy enough to make a Hunter/Priest card. Veterinary Student is really neat. This isn't necessarily a big deal, but I feel like it benefits Hunter a lot more than it benefits Priest due to the latter's lack of Beast.
KANSAS - Street Magician is a cool idea in theory, although since they'll draw a card to replace that card anyway, it isn't really a knock to them in card advantage and you're just as likely to help them as you are to hurt them.
BloodMefist - Sacred Deer is a neat idea, although I feel like it's difficult to make work in practice. Also, don't use the Classic watermark on dual-class cards.
Bananenparty - I understand the idea of Baby Amalgam although it seems too weak to me. I feel like half the time, you can just use Nightmare Amalgam instead and it'll do the job better.
Bipolar Elemental seems bad to me. The first effect is okay, but the second effect is so much worse than the first one that it's not even funny. I know some Choose One cards have one effect which is typically better than the second one, but the discrepency in power is never as significant as it is on Bipolar Elemental. You'd play this card pretty much exclusively for the first effect, and the only time the second one would come into play is if you had Ossirian Tear on the battlefield. You also have grammer mistakes in "Choose One" and "Health".
Elfensilver - I'm glad you have other arts because TGT trailer art on the card seems strange. The effect seems neat, although I'm not sure how you target it since the language of the card seems to imply that you choose both targets although Hearthstone does not (yet) have the functionality to do this.
MrRhapsody - A competently designed card, but I've never been a fan of Choose One cards with a negative effect.
RealJC1234TheToonist - That's quite the username you've got there.
The biggest problem I see with Karaak is that Paladin can't really use it. It feels like a Warlock-only card that just has Paladin added on to it arbitrarily. I do get that healing is a Paladin theme, but the condition for the healing screams just Warlock to me. Not a bad idea though.
Grumpymonk - Now THIS is a really nice design in my opinion. Reminds me of Keeper of Uldaman, but it's different enough in a lot of ways. This is probably my favorite card of the competition so far.
Nirast - I've seen people try to do "[secondary effect] and Choose One" a few times before and it always looks really clunky. Not the case here though, as this is by far the best execution of this that I've seen so far. I really like the flavor and aesthetic of the card, although I feel like it's slightly too weak. Buff it a little bit (maybe +5 Attack and a 3/2 weapon?) and it'd be really great.
I for one also really like that we can finally make cards that give Druid weapons without freaking out over the fact that it breaks Twig, and this card is a nice way to take advantage of that newly found space.
DestroyerR - It's very rare for me to see someone make option cards when they make Choose One cards, so kudos to you for going the extra mile. I kinda like thematically that the two effects are polar opposites of each other, although I'm not a huge fan of the negative synergy with Fandral and Ossirian Tear.
Anchorm4n - Congrats on the win, dude. Spirit Huntress is a neat way to tie Hunter and Rogue together through Deathrattles, although I don't think the effect needs to be random.
Ardin - Hey, it kinda looks like you. Despite the fact that Hunter is not an Elemental class, nor Shaman a Beast class that the effect works for both classes in a different way. It also kinda adds a bit of a bit of a deckbuilding thought of using the other tribe a class isn't focused on in that class. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but I also think it's neat that you gave the Hunter side a Shaman keyword, and the Shaman side a Hunter keyword.
BasilAnguis - A decent idea, although I feel like it's perhaps "overbaked".
Sinth - A really funny idea. I kinda like it.

Wandering Monk- A weird combination, why is hunter in there? The flavor is way off. And for hunter this is great, but no priest would play this-except as a weird combo piece
Edwin, the Revolutionary: very strong. But rush is weird for this combination, as it’s not found in either class
People seemed to like the flavor, but the effect wasn't too strong. I changed it up a little bit to (hopefully) make it simpler and better.
I just realized that it should probably specify 'random' card. I will fix that later.
Feedback:
bananenparty: I mean, it is exactly the same as Nightmare Amalgam. It is cheaper, but I don't know if that compensates for it being restricted to Shaman and Hunter, or the fact that it is a 1 mana 1/1. I don't see why you would want to play this over an actually good 1-drop, or Nightmare Amalgam. Bipolar Elemental is definitely better. I like the symmetry and the class pairing. Though I do think that the healing option is significantly less powerful than the damaging option. How often do you have a board of 3-6 minions which are all alive but damaged? I would have it buff their health instead of healing them.
Elfensilver: I like it. But because you can't pick multiple targets in Hearthstone it would have to say "Give two random friendly 1 cost minions". Also, I like your current art best.
Demonxz95: I like the design, but I feel like in practice it would be pretty useless outside of an Even deck. 6 mana is too much mana for just making a 3/3. Maybe if it was a 3 cost card, or maybe a 2 cost card with a smaller buff.
MrRhapsody: Having a Choose One effect that picks between negative effects is very cool. Though I think that discarding a card will always be picked over losing a mana crystal. I think if you had to choose between discarding a card and destroying a random friendly minion it would be more balanced. Also, and this is a very minor thing, but I feel like this would be better as a rare.
grumpymonk: Very good card. It is balanced, and the flavor is good. I have nothing to criticize, 5-star card.
Nirast: I don't think this needs to be an epic. Neither option is particularly exciting, so you could easily put this at rare or common. In terms of balance I think it is just too weak. Dealing 4 damage is worth 3 mana, here you are paying 1 extra mana to possibly gain, but possibly lose a small amount of life. And gaining 6 armor isn't a lot to compensate for paying 4 mana for a 2/2 weapon. I think you should up the armor to 8, and give the weapon +1 durrability.
DestroyerR: The main problem I have with this card is the same problem I have had with the other 2 Choose One Druid/Warlock cards with negative effects, one option always seems to be just better than the other. In what world do you want to spend 3 cards gaining a single mana crystal? Maybe in a dedicated discard warlock deck, but even then you have a strong enough early game that you don't need ramp. I feel like this card would only be used in zoo decks to draw cards in the mid-game.
anchorm4n: I like it, though I don't see why it has to hit a random target. I think this is a nice way to merge Rogues and Hunters. The wording feels a bit wordy, I would change it to "Battlecry: Trigger a friendly minion's Deathrattle. Combo: Add a 1/1 copy to your hand that costs (1)."
Ardin: I like the tribe mixing, though I feel like flavor-wise it would make more sense to give the Beast rush and the Elemental windfury. I do think it would be better if it only affected the current turn.
BasilAnguis: The wording is kind of weird. I think it would be better if instead of saying "While this minion has Divine Shield it has Taunt" it should say "Taunt. When this minion loses Divine Shield, lose Taunt". I also don't see why the Stealth only has to be for one turn.
Sinth: Whether or not you think this card will do well all depends on how much you think this community enjoys RNG. I don't have much to criticize about the balance of your card since you can't balance randomness. Either people like the all random thing and you should go with it, or people don't like it in which case just scrap it and come up with something new. Personally I don't like the concept of doing purely random stuff.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
First idea for this comp. Tell me what you think.
I've been thinking about what watermarks to use for this comp. Should it be Scholomance Academy, since that's the set where dual-class cards first appeared, and it wouldn't make sense to use another watermark? Or should it be something else, since Scholomance didn't have the dual-class combination of the cards we're submitting, even if the card flavorfully fits?
Anyways, more quick feedback:
Nirast: I like the card a lot. The flavor is cool and the design is neat. It might be a little underpowered, as its adding 2 mana to a 2 mana effect for the benefit of 6 armor.
DestroyerR: Another really cool card. I like the symmetry between effects. It might be abuseable in warlock if the discard becomes a benefit.
anchorm4n: I prefer for the effect to be targeted instead of random. I don't think it would be overpowered with the change. Not sure what make this rogue flavor-wise. Do rogues have spirits? My first thought was druid, but I could be wrong.
Ardin: Cool card! This could struggle to find play, as its hard to pull off both sides of the effect in the same deck.
BasilAnguis: I think it could just have taunt without any conditions attached, as having stealth removes taunt while stealth is active. It would make the card less wordy, as it's a little confusing to read.
Sinth: I love the idea. Might be annoying to play against, however.
Elfensilver: I like the first version the best. The murloc and turtle are really cute!
KANSAS: I'm assuming making the card dissappear from hand doesn't trigger discard, like how making a minion dissappear on the battlefield doesn't trigger deathrattle, is that correct?
Shivershine: Seems really similiar to Potion of Illusion, but worse. I don't think having two copies of the same minion is worth 4 mana. I could see this being 3 mana and still be balanced. I don't see what make this a priest card, the effect seems exclusively rogue to me. *edit* (Nevermind, it didn't see that it could get enemy minions too).
My first idea: Rogue/Hunter Secret! The art is not final, and I need to make the token still. The idea is if the first Hound kills the attacking minion, the 2nd won’t attack and will retain Stealth.
I make bad custom Hearthstone cards sometimes.
Interesting idea, although here's a problem with the card.
You know how Mage Secrets show up pink while they're on your hero? Green for Hunter, yellow for Paladin, and a black-ish purple for Rogues? What would this show up as? Would it use the Hunter color or the Rogue color? It can't use both because then your opponent would know that it's this.
I imagine it would just show whatever color your class uses. So if you play this as a Hunter it would show green, and if you play it as a rogue it would be black-ish purple
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I feel like the flavour is good, but the issue is why would Priest run this, given beasts are not a common minion type in Priest decks. I've revised it to this, for a long rambling reason I'll detail in the spoiler below:
Even with incentive to play Beasts, I don't think making Veterinary Student a 5 cost follow up play is strong enough for it to be considered a viable option for Priest, while making it worse in Hunter. But making it a small, 1 cost minion benefits Hunter, who could use it as a follow up to Zixor, a buff for Augmented Porcupine or a heal for Teachers Pet, it also potentially could encourage a Priest deck running Escaped Manasaber or Diving Hippogriff, or just feed into a bird spamming Bad Luck Albatross deck.
On a side note, I'm going with Hunter/Priest rather than Druid/Priest because Hunter is the one class without a card in the winners gallery, so I'll be making Hunter cards until that changes.
Anyway, more feedback!
Thanks for your suggestions, I changed the wording of my card according to your advice. Feels a lot better now, I knew something was off but couldn't put my finger on it. Any more thoughts about it would be welcome!

I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?
Harry James Potter-Evans-Verres, hpmor.com
If ever there was a time to use a custom watermark, I would say the time is now. Do not use Scholomance Academy, and definitely don't use an older watermark. Assume that Blizzard came back around to using dual-class cards in a future expansion; this provides you all the breathing room you'll need to flex the card's flavor and mechanics.
I always penalize people for using watermarks incorrectly.
Hypothetically, it wouldn't make any sense for these cards to use the Scholomance watermark as the set of cards for the combination you use wouldn't exist, although I actually am willing to overlook this and not penalize people for using the Scholomance watermark. It's very easy to think dual-class and immediately associate that with Scholomance and perhaps the card you make could be a theoretical imagining of the set where that would be the combination instead.
For my card, what if I cut off the Rush and make him cheaper in compensation? 3/2/2 keeps his original stat-line, and makes him easier to bounce; that's ultimately what the Rogue will get out of this. The Paladin comes with other no-Neutral payoffs, while the Rogue gets to bounce Edwin for multiple buffs.
Working on feedback now.
Feedback generally agreed that the card was too weak at 5 mana 2/4, so I'm trying two different routes. The first bumps up the stats so that it is even harder to trigger, but represents a decent threat on its own and has a massive payoff. The second brings all the numbers down to fit a more aggressive playstyle. I have considered giving it Taunt, but it seems a bit weird in flavor. Rush also hurts the flavor a bit and I fear that it would make the card essentially a Savage Roar+.
Feedback will come later today, lots to get through
Wow, I think this is the first time someone's told me that my card is UNDERpowered. Here's the beefed up version (haven't made the weapon yet in case I need to change any stats):
I followed Link's advice and HYAed. I also followed Linkblade's advice and used a custom watermark.
Question for the mods: Do I need to make the 'Choose One' options as well? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to upload it.

Oh, didn't even think about that. Yeah, I'd say you're right about how it'd show. I'll add that it also takes into account how it's generated (Like, if you get this from Hunter's Pack, and you're Rogue, it'd show as a Hunter Secret).
Yeah, I agree. It feels a little weird for a dual-class card to be from Scholomance Academy if it doesn't match of the existing combinations in the set. I changed the watermark so to better represent a druid night elf who also learns paladin magic.
thepowrofcheese: I can't help but wish stealth was more relevant to the card; it's just there for flavor purposes as the beasts immediately lose stealth after attacking. Other than that, nice card!
shaveyou: I think enabiling a tempo priest is a good idea. It hasn't been explored enough.
anchorm4n: I like the effect much better now. The card text looks a bit cramped, but I don't see how to make it shorter without changing the effect.
linkblade91: The rush version was better imo, even if it made the card too good, because it made the card rogue mechanically as well. Right now, it reads as a paladin card depicting a rogue charcter that rogue can also use, rather than a paladin/rogue card. Usually, dual-class cards depict an effect that wouldn't fit in either class alone, or a weird enough effect that it could well in both classes. I don't see that here, and this could have just been a paladin-only card. I hope that made sense.
BloodMefist: 3 attack might be a little too much. How about 3 mana 2/4? On second thought, I don't really see a strong connection to paladin compared to druid or even hunter, other than that it works well with buffs? It's probably ok, but I could see this as a druid/hunter card as well, wouldn't be allowed in this competition.
Nirast: Personally, I like the old version with more armor, but this is good too.
Feedback, as promised:
BloodMeFist - I say go with the 5/4/6. Cheaper makes it stronger and more Aggro-adjacent, even with less Attack, and then there's the redundancy of Savage Roar as you noted (not that that's a deal-breaker, either; it's okay for a strong expansion card to temporarily push out a Classic one). 5/4/6 or 5/4/5 would make it a decent Attack-buff bomb waiting to go off, while itself being an okay threat too.
anchorm4n - The text being as small as it is means there's a lot going on, and I'm not sure I like that. But both effects work together, so it's not a deal-breaker. I guess you're good-to-go.
shaveyou - Veterinary Student costing 1 definitely helps make it a combo-y piece, which is nice. As for the lack of Priest Beasts, you can easily explain that away by using a custom watermark: in your theoretical expansion, there are other Neutral and class cards the Priest would have access to, and some would be Beasts. By the way it should say "give it +1/+2"; you forgot the "it".
thepowrofcheese - I'm fine with the art; don't think it needs changing unless you can find something clearly better. The Stealth part is kind of wonky, but I understand why it's there from a flavor standpoint. I believe it should say "Beasts with Stealth", though.
Shivershine - That you can pick an enemy unit makes this pretty nice from a versatility standpoint, but I agree with grumpymonk in-that it seems inferior to Potion of Illusion. Or at least, a little too close to it *shrugs*
KANSAS - It seems fine, so long as there isn't much in the way of Silence in-and-around your expansion. 3/3/4 seems generous, but it's a net-zero result after you give the card back so I guess that's okay. Seems good to go after you include the "random" in there.
Elfensilver - The Murloc one seems a bit random, and the second one is too busy. I guess I like the art for the third one the best. I think the overall card is fairly niche, though: they have to be 1-cost minions, and the Rush means you played them this turn.
Sinth - As long as you haven't won one of our competitions with it, you can reuse a card from elsewhere. I don't know how "boring" it is for you to do that, but it's not against the rules *shrugs*. I think the card is fine, although it might take a while…which could lead to some feelsbad moments with the rope.
BasilAnguis - That's a lot of text, and I don't see it getting any lighter. You could cut out the Divine Shield = has Taunt part and just give him Taunt straight-up: when he gains the Stealth he would temporarily lose the Taunt, which sort of keeps with what you wanted. Ultimately I wonder if it's too complicated.
Ardin - You also have to assume that the Hunter and Shaman would get other Elementals and/or Beasts to go along with this Legendary, so it's not entirely out of the question in terms of usefulness. I really like deck-building requirements, and I agree with Demon in-that it's cool you gave the minion tribes the other class' Keyword, to further mix the two together. All-in-all I think the card is good to go.
DestroyerR - This is a very interesting combination, and I think you've nailed it pretty well. Corrupted Growth should probably say "discard two random cards" just to clarify what it does, but other than that it seems ready to submit.
Nirast - Having seen your updated version, I think it's good to go. I really like the flavor of it. You don't necessarily need to post the Choose One tokens if they're readily understood.
grumpymonk - For one mana less than Keeper of Uldaman, you have to choose between the effects. My initial reaction is that he's underpowered, but maybe not. I like the idea of it, either-way.
RealJC1234TheToonist - Welcome to our side of things :D I think the card is rather niche, especially for the Paladin, although perhaps the expansion would fix that. Honestly I think you can get away with a better statline, like the always-appropriate-for-a-Demon, 6/6/6.
MrRhapsody - Discarding can be a good thing, nowadays, so I'm worried that the Warlock could exploit this to undermine the detriment for a pure-upside. I don't mind the card in general, but that aspect bugs me.
Demonxz95 - I really like the card, although it feels pretty slow (much like my own Wandering Monk being too slow). It's 6-mana total to do it once, which is a lot to ask for. Maybe you can away with it being a 2/2/3 or something like that?
bananenparty- Baby Amalgam is a waste; I wouldn't go with that one. Bipolar Elemental is okay, I guess, but restoring 3 Health to all friendlies is not as good as 3 damage to all enemies. Damage always costs more than healing.
Feedback time!
linkblade91: Wandering monk is a bit awkward in hunter since self/symmetrical damage isn't something hunter is really known for. First iteration of Edwin was absolutely bonkers and while the second one is much more in line, it no longer feels like a fit for rogue. I think maybe giving him a Combo that applies to weapons as well could help with this.
shaveyou: I like the general design of the card, but it unfortunately feels a bit one-sided. The extra effect on beasts makes it much better in Hunter than in Priest since Priest has so little access to beasts. If you're okay with it being one-sided that's fine, but it feels a bit too off to me. I unfortunately don't have any suggestions to fix this.
KANSAS: I like the second design more than the first and think it's pretty done. Nice job!
bananenparty: The amalgam doesn't especially fit either classes identity and may as well be a neutral card. I have issue the name "Bipolar Elemental" since I don't think mental health is something to be taken so lightly. The card's effect is not much of a choice. 9/10 times you're going to pick the AoE and only on a very few occasions are you going to spend 7 mana to heal 3. A flat +3 health buff to friendly minions would be much more appealing and could see use in more scenarios.
Elfensilver: I like bringing both Hunter and Paladin's affinity for 1-drops together and think the effect fits both classes very well. I think the third art is best, but there is still room for improvement.
Demonxz95: I really like the design of this card, it reminds me of how the Priest/Warlock cards were able to find common ground. I think this card is pretty much set except for the name. "Magician" feels a bit off in Paladin, I think even something like "Summoner" or "Conjurer" works a bit better.
MrRhapsody: I like the idea of choosing which downside to go with and think that both classes will lean towards the one that fits them most. Really cool design. I think maybe lower the attack to 4, but it seems pretty set to me.
grumpymonk: I always liked Keeper of Uldaman, so I enjoy this card right off the bat. I really enjoy the consistent '3' motif throughout, I don't have too much to offer in terms of improvement. Great job!
Nirast: I really like the idea of choosing between immediate effect and long term power. I think I would prefer to see the first effect but on 3 mana rather than pumping the numbers up, but the general design for the card is good.
DestroyerR: Giving Wild Disco-lock cheap discard and ramp is a bit dangerous and might rub some crowds the wrong way. I really do like the idea of the card though and think it fits the combination of classes really well.
anchorm4n: I almost designed a card very similar to this one. I really like the initial design and think its balanced pretty well.
Ardin: A bit skeptical since there is not really a way for one class to use half of the card's effect (Hunter has a hard time using Elementals and Shaman has a hard time using Beasts). That said, you also point out that is support Highlander Hunter really well, which it certainly does without giving much power to Shaman. Hunters might start running lists with King Krush as their only beast just to get a 9 mana 16 damage bomb in the late game. Even without King Krush, Zixxor Prime (assuming I understand the interaction correctly) would summon copies with Windfury, becoming a massive threat. I think it should be toned in a way that helps Shaman out a bit more.
Basil Anguis: A bit wordy, but not too complicated of a card when you get down to it. I like the basic idea, but think it should be reflavored a bit since it doesn't make a ton of sense for a "Defender" to lose taunt and gain stealth. I think making it something related to the Scarlet Crusade would fit well, like "Scarlet Agent" or something.
Sinth: While this looks like it might be a fun card, I don't think it does a good job of combining both classes identities and just feels like another RNG clown fiesta.
ShiverShine: I like it. Work well on both Battlecry and Deathrattle cards, fitting with the classes identities. I feel like it might draw the ire of people who despise things like Rez Priest, so I think sticking the effect on a minion with Battlecry might be a good move.
thepowrofcheese: Even if you do stipulate how the secret shows up, the confusion may be enough to cause people to rate the card poorly. I like drawing synergy between Hunters and Rogues for their 2 mana secrets, but this might not be the card to do it on.
Something like this, then? Edit: Added an alternative based on grumpymonk's suggestion, where the whole text is Combo.
Maybe I'm too hung up on making this card work...
Blizzard has done a stunning job with some of the art on dual class cards and how they include the two classes colors. Commencement is usually given as the prime example for this (even though I prefer Groundskeeper). Instead of balance or flavor I'll give some feedback on art ONLY this time around. Note, art is very subjective, so feel free to completely disagree with me =)
bananenparty - Baby Amalgam has as many colors as tribes! The best thing about this is they miraculously fit together (Yellow on the arm and Attack, red on the eye and Health, purple on wings arm leg face and the rarity gem, etc…) 5/5
Demonxz95 - I could say something about a Shaman/Paladin card being called Magician, but I'll shut up and give you your 5 stars! 5/5
MrRhapsody - Brown and purple tones are both present on the card and FIT (it's probably the green that makes it possible). I know this is not an epic effect, but there is a slight chance that it looks even better with that purple gem. 5/5 (because brown and purple should be impossible to combine, and this card does it anyway)
RealJC1234TheToonist - The red just doesn't fit and i absolutely prefer warcraft art on hearthone cards. 2/5
DestroyerR - Brown and purple are hard to combine, so i don't mind that the art is mostly purple on the main card and brown/red on the tokens. Making tokens that look like they belong to one another is always a HUGE + in my book! Might look even better if it was epic. 4/5
BasilAnguis - It's fine. The green is there, and i can see a hint of blue on the robe, but the red beard and robe details don't syngerize with the rest of the card. 3/5
BasilAnguis - Maybe that is just german bias, but yes black, red, gold is a perfect fit. You're lucky the Rogue border also has some gold in it xD 5/5
Sinth - The colors are there. The green doesn't conflict too much with the rest of the image. 4/5
Elfensilver - I prefer Murloc on turtle. It has all the colors you need (even goes well with the rare gem). It looks a bit empty, but I'd prefer this 100 times over the clusterfuck that is the Grand Tournament guy =) 4/5
KANSAS - Colors are almost perfect. The green scarf is irritating me a bit. Doesn't feel hearthstone-ish. 3/5
Shivershine - Colors are perfect. Doesn't feel hearthstone-ish though. 4/5
thepowrofcheese - There's nothing green in the art, but there's also nothing that conflict's with the green border. Generally good and thematically fitting art. 3/5
shaveyou - Fits very well with the Priest border, and since black and white goes with anything it's fine. I know you cannot really pick another art for this card, I'm just sad because it would be perfect if the Priestess had some green on her robe =) 3/5
anchorm4n - Green + Black + Blue + Red + Gold = Nope; Sry… 1/5
linkblade91 - Art is a bit pale compared to the Paladin border, but the colors fit and it makes up a lot with flavor =) 4/5
BloodMefist - Technically both the colours are very prominent on the foreground. The only issue I have is, that Druid and Paladin colours are almost identically so it's missing some contrast to that. Is that why it's a rare? 4/5
Nirast - It has some red and some brown, but it's dominated by the light blue on the left and the golden details on the right… 3/5
grumpymonk - The art for this is perfect, just as flavor, effect and balance. 5/5
So overall my card is pleasing to most , as cliche as it is, so i'll just make some formatting on the text and maybe lower the stats. Thanks for feedback.
And now my feedback (from bottom to top this time):
Grumpymonk: Your's is my favorite so far, congrats!
Nirast: It was underpower for sure, but now it is kinda too strong. Is it a problem? Definitely not for me, it's just strong, but not game breaking, it's like an aggressive Branching Paths. The only possible cenario where this might be broken is when you combine the effects, then it's a 4 mana deal 8, but Quest Druid is very out of meta, so i gues it's fine as it is. In general, i liked your card a lot.
Bloodmefist: The second version is my favorite. For me, it's good as it is, powerful but not broken, it definitely doesn't need Taunt nor Rush. Balance aside, great card, very flavourful and unique.
Linkblade: Not a fan of neither 1st nor 2nd Edwin to be honest, i would preffer a remake of Wandering Monk with a diferent flavour, it's more daring and unique IMO, but it seems i'm a minority, so i would just go with 2nd Edwin.
Anchorman: I disliked the first version, but i dig the second a lot. Very flavouful, versatile and powerful in the right measure, good job!
shaveyou: I think it's good as it is, simple effect but superb flavour . And the fact that it beneficts more a class than another is not necessarly a problem, see Guardian Animalsfor example. And besides, there's Dire Mole in Wild, and Spiteful Priests used to run those back in late 2017.
thepowerofcheese: Very interesting and flavourful, but a dual class secret is more problematic than it looks at first glance. Besides what Demonxz pointed out, what if a Mage, for example, generates this card via a Puzzle box, how will it look? Don't get me wrong, i liked your card, it would be great as an custom exp/ archtype card, but as a standalone, it's kinda complicated and confusing. What about a Hunter/ Rogue card tha synergizes with Secrets instead?
KANSAS: This is way too abusable. With bounce effects you can make the cards dissapear forever, and there's also Brann and Spirit of the Shark in wild, that could make a full hand dissapear in the blink of an eye, definetly not a fun way to lose. I suggest to either make the card come back as part of the Battlecry (returning the card at the end of your next turn for example); or make something like King Togwaggle and give the opponent a spell that gives the card back when casted (or just go with the old version).
Elvensilver: I think it's kinda clunky as it is. I suggest to make it buff all friendly (1) cost minions. A mix between Mark of the Lotus and Animated Broomstick that buffs only 1- cost minions, it's balanced IMO. And about the art, i would go with the first one.
Sinth: This one will be, as i like saying, a 8/80. Either people will love it or hate it, personally, i like it, but it's definitely a risky card to submmit.
BasilAnguis: I like it, but i think it should have perma Taunt, the text is unnecessarily long, and it would more flavouful that way.
Ardin: Yeah, i would like it more if it had a cheaper cost and less stats but gave the buffs on the turn you play the beast/ elemental. But overall, great concept.
Destroyer: Your card looks kinda familiar… just kiding, i liked your card a lot, more than mine actually, i wish i've had this idea before you.
Demonxz: Great, my complaint is that it should be a Shaman/Paladin card to match the art.
bananaparty: Not a fan of Amalgam, i would go with the Elemental, just buff the healing to 5 or 6 and you're good to go.
Do you also like Elden Ring? Then you should check out my Elden Ring inspired Duels Heroes!
I did decide to change the name to "Conjurer" off of feedback. I also thought about what side was better to put the classes on. Do you guys prefer the first one where the two "halves" of the artwork match their other respective halves and clash with the side their on, or the second one where each side of the artwork matches the side of their card?
I'm not really sure on the idea of changing the size of the card.
For Mage this is a more expensive Mana Cyclone without body, that gives better spells. For Paladin this is a way to turn a hand that's filled with 0-Cost Libram of Wisdom into somehting more useful.
I prefer the 2nd one, where each side matches with its border.
I also prefer the second one.
[Hearthstone Card (Commancement) Not Found] fits with the second, as with [Hearthstone Card (Gift of Lumience) Not Found] and Raise Dead to a lesser extent. I would go with that.
linkblade91 - I not sure balance wise. I'm inclined to think it's ok, but it might spook some people. If people find it too scary, maybe make the entire effect a combo like the original Van Cleef instead of a battlecry with a combo component.
TheHoax91 - You would want to specify "each other spell" so it doesn't count itself. Its a cool card, though I'm not sure what makes a paladin card other than it would be good in paladin, as you mentioned. I could see this being a mage-only card without any issues.
Ok, thank you for all replies. I have now three diferent versions to show you:
The first one is the original - no change
The second one is the alternate suggestion version
and the third one is a completely diferent version that represents the Battlecries of Shaman and the Deathrattles of Hunter.
I've tried to edit the color palette of the art a little bit in each one (according to TheHoax91 (Unique, but welcomed feedback)- since you've used BasilAnguis name twice in your review I guess that the first one refered to my card.) I would like to also hear an opinion on that posible colorchange.
Now for some feedback:
linkblade91 - Edwin the Revolutionary - (As Wandering Monk was probably already scapper) - I do like the version, which stats resemble the original Edwin. As for which version the first version (Combo: Weapons too) looks somewhat more pleasing to the eye, the second one (whole Combo) is probably more balanced.
shaveyou - Veterinary Student - I do like the flavor of this card and as this would be released alongside more cards of this dual class combination even priest would probably receive some more support. The 1 - Cost version looks more versalite so I do tend to like it more.
KANSAS - Street Magician - The second version is definitely more clean and flavorful, the art is, at least in my opinion a little bit too much unspecific. I would like to see art change there.
BloodMefist - Sacred Stag - I like the overall idea and I think that the 3-Cost version looks the best out of them. I tend to agree that Rush would kind of ruin this card so I would keep it as it is.
bananenparty - Baby Amalgam - I agree with others that the card is currently under powered and a little bit boring. The Bipolar Elemental is better, but it should probably heal for more.
Elfensilver - Ride Down - I do like the third art the most. The name seems a little weird - I would imagine something like Cavalry Training instead.
Demonxz95 - Radiant Conjurer - I prefer the Shaman (Blue) - Paladin (Yellow) version myself. The effect nicely fits with both classes Hero Powers and being even costed looks like you care for wild.
MrRhapsody - Felwood Satyr - Nice, simple, fitting. Nothing more to add.
RealJC1234TheToonist - Karaak, Legion Redeemer - The name seems somewhat a little clunky and I would prefer to see this effect on a cheaper minion - 6 mana limits its usefulness.
grumpymonk - Moonlit Peacekeeper - Perfect fit, I do like this as it is.
Nirast - Arms of the Wild - I guess the first version was okay, but the second one is still balanced enough. I also tried to come up with something that would combine War/Druid and Armor fit the best. Weapons in druid should not be that much of a problem nowadays.
DestroyerR - Corrupted Nature - Quite the basic of Druid/Warlock. Seems well balanced.
anchorm4n - Spirit Huntress - I also like both deathrattle Hunter and Rogue and combining them of that seems like a decent fit. The second version is stronger, less wordy and thus looks cleaner. I think it looks good now.
BasilAnguis - Sanctum Deffender - Seems a tad bit wordy at least for a rare card. Since it is deffender it can retain Taunt even after it enters Stealth. I would also like to see different art.
Sinth - Lord Walden - Even though I like to see a WoW lore character being represtented I do not think that going full random is a good idea.
Shivershine - Spawn from Shadow - Sorry, but I just can't stay the idea of more "fellow humans". The card also has some dangerous combo potencial
thepowrofcheese - Silent Alarm - The card looks nice and balanced the only problem as already someone mentinoned is the color of the secret altough I guess it is not a big deal (for Hunter it will be green and for Rogue black, random effects might choose random of the two.) But maybe you can think of a better name.
TheHoax91 - Tome of Insight - I do not like the idea of giving Libram Paladin possible acces to soo much burn. Also the Discover part would make it realy lenghty and boring for your oppoent (wait till you play *9* spells - each takes its animation and then you Discover *9* times and then you probably still want to cast at least 1 more spell…
And finaly as someone asked I do not think that it is a bad idea to use Scholomonace border it the card fits the theme - think of it like alternative or expansion of the oficial expansion. No one said they never teached those in Scholomance :).
People seem to like my card. Though the art isn't ideal and I haven't been able to find anything better. I am going to put that idea on ice for now and come up with something new.
I am not too sure about the ability, but I like the idea of a corrupt mage turning to darker powers.
I will get more feedback out tomorrow.

Reduced the card text on the defender and came out with a new card. Not sure if Arcane Blessings would be better as a Mage/Priest card. Could also modify it to be "Cast a random spell from your class on every minion". This way paladins almost always get buffs and mages almost always get damage spells.
I'll boop you
Hey, I made a card for the first time!
The Rogue/Demon Hunter combo was easy to choose as it has some many potential cool cards. I settled for this as it make use of typical keywords for each class and they both love weapons. Feedback appreciated! I know hero stealth if very powerful, but Outcast effects are supposed to be powerful and it's balanced by the fact that you'll lose the stealth if you attack directly after it's played.
EDT: F***, of course it's supposed to have the Scholomance waterstamp. Ok for submitting anyway?

Shorter Text for Sanctum Defender is great, but Stealth and defending still do not mix well. Maybe change it to “Sanctum Warrior” or “Sanctum Fighter”.
Arcane Blessing has a great name, but the picture is to paladin-y. And if it’s just random spells, it’s honestly just a mage effect, so change it to from your class. And then bump up the cost.

And now feedback for feedback!
@grumpymonk,anchorm4n ,Nirast,linkblade91,MrRhapsody: thanks for the feedback, but with this tie it’s still hard to decide on a card art!
@MrRhapsody: great suggestion for a changed effect.
@Ardin: thanks for the suggestion to change the name. English is not my native language, and my first idea worked in German, but since there is no literal translation I just approximated it as best as I could, which obviously didn’t work out to well. I will try to find a better name.
@TheHoax91: this is one of the best reviews I’ve ever seen, bravo!
How do you guys include a link to the person posting it in your feedbacks?
I'm pretty happy with with my card now. I'll fix the typo, and submit.

Some quick feedback:
shaveyou: I live the flavor, but I just don't think Priest would ever play this card when things like Renew exist.
Linkblade91: I feel like the requirement is weighted drastically in paladins favor since they already have a ton of payoffs for the same requirement.
BloodMefist: I like the 3 mana 3/3 version better. I think the stats are fine, and I think giving it a keyword like Taunt or Rush may be a bit dangerous.
Nirast: I like it. I think you have found a good balance with the Choose One options. 5 stars.
Demonxz95: As I said before, I think the card would be more usable as a smaller, cheaper card. But it is still pretty good as it is, 4 stars.
TheHoax91: I feel like this spell is infinitely more useful for mages than paladins. Even though Libram of Wisdom exists, paladins traditionally don't cast a ton of spells in one turn, whereas mages do.
Ardin: I like the second one best since it feels more balanced than the first one, and also it is a better build-around than the third one.
BasilAnguis: I like Sanctum Defender better. Though you need periods after both Taunt and Divine Shield.
allthehype: I like it. It may be a bit powerful, but it isn't any worse than Time Out! or Evasion. In regards to the watermark, you should probably just use a custom one. I guess you could use Scholomance if you wanted, but since these class combinations aren't in Scholomance it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
You could submit it as-is if you wanted to. It doesn't have to have the Scholomance watermark; I would prefer it did not, to be honest. That being said you're gonna lose some points from the snooty members of the group - myself included - who frown at the idea of using the Classic watermark.
Also, welcome to the group :D We love to see first-timers!
More feedback:
TheHoax91 - The Discover is going to take forever if you've chained a decent number of spells. I personally don't see much of the Paladin in the card, regardless of its intended use-case, and that's concerning.
Ardin - I like the second version the most, the cheaper one. That said I prefer the original art: you don't have to be so clearly on-the-nose with the coloring.
KANSAS - I prefer the original card to be honest.
bigcums - I like it, although it's kind of scary in the hands of a Kingsbane Rogue. Any minion can become a game-ending threat when it suddenly has 15 Attack. It's a strong card, but it requires some setup so I guess I'm okay with it. "Attack" should be capitalized, by the way.
BasilAnguis - I like the proposed suggestion for Arcane Blessings: it gives different things to the two classes, meaning the same spell can be used for a variety of purposes and outcomes. I like it more than the minion, if I'm being honest.
This is probably the best idea left up to use that I could come up with. This one resembles the Tauren race, who can be both Shamans and Warriors, and both classes can benefit from summoning allies in a constant.
"Truth is in the shadows, waiting to be revealed by the light. But light only disperses the shadow." - Me
"If other people shared traits of those considered naive, the world would've become a better place." - Also me
This guy is meant to boost evolve decks for Shaman and bring them to Rogue, a class with plenty of tokens to take advantage of it with.
I'll try to come back and post feedback later after I finish some assignments I need to get done.

Check out the Tactician custom class!
Hey! I'm back everyone! Here's my 3 ideas for the dual class cards!
Or this:
Give me your thoughts on each idea.
Ever wonder what the rumble Run cards would be like in the HS world, well wonder no more and look at the custom collection created to solve that question in Rumble Run Returns! http://www.hearthcards.net/setsandclasses/#5363
Keymaster Alabaster isn't allowed because it uses an existing combo found in Scholomance (Mage/Rogue). Even if it was allowed though, I would highly suggest against it as the name is already taken by a card named Keymaster Alabaster, in the same set no less.
Thunder Adrenaline is a decent idea in theory, although there's too much Overload on both versions for it to be worth it.
Ardin - I like the original the art best, because the other two blend in with the frame too much. The first version requires some bookkeeping that Hearthstone currently doesn't have (it supports only costs and stats, not keywords), and the third version is not as exciting as the others, so I would go with the second.
You could change the wording a bit to make it clear that the elemental bonus only applies for the turn for the second version and not like the first version. They both say "the next elemental Rush" and I initally thought they worked the same in both versions. I can't think of a better suggestion, sorry.
KANSAS - Love the design!
Some small suggestions? Personally, I don't like seeing hero capitalized unless its says hero power, but that's just me being picky. I managed to get rid of the orphaned text by removing the word and, separating the effect into two sentences, and shrinking the text. That might explain why you didn't feel too sure about the ability.
bigcums - Attack should be captialized, and it should say "your weapon's", like Phantom Freebooter. It also affects itself, it that's what you intended. Reminds me of Steeldancer a bit, which I really like. It could be scary in aggro decks, but I'm not sure.
BasilAnguis - Sanctum Defender needs a comma after the second divine shield. Arcane Blessings is too RNG for my taste, and not in a fun Yogg kind of way.
allthehype - It's a little awkward that if you activate the outcast effect, you wouldn't be able to attack the same turn you play it without losing stealth. I recommend activating the stealth effect at the end of the turn.
Neoguli - I’d like to see this work, but how does this work well with Warrior, exactly? It is because they have a lot of rush minions? Not bad, but I think the bonus could be tricky to keep track of doing the game.
Hordaki - I like it. I don't really much to add.
Pokeniner - I like the first version of Thunder Adrenaline best and Keymaster Alabaster wouldn't work for this challenge, as rogue/mage is not allowed, though I really like the card personally.
Hey, everyone. It's good to be back :)

About the beard color, all of them are cool, but I guess the third one gives him more Shaman vibes. Dunno XD
@KANSAS
Flavor-wise is cool, although I'd give him a name related with fire, since it's the element in which both classes intersect.
Finally, 'hero' should not be capitalized.
@bigcums
Also, some minor aesthetic mistakes: she should be named Glaivemaster Thylaea; and the word 'Attack' should go capitalized.
@BasilAngus
@allthehype
The main issue is that the artwork you picked is pixelated as heck. You might want to change it for something with higher definition.
@Neoguli
@Hordaki
@Pokeniner
That said, all your cards can be adapted to other classes:
Overall, the most interesting card to me is the second Addrenaline Rush, but it really feels like a pure Shaman card. So, I think I'd go with Alabaster.
Thunder Adrenaline is Rogue/Shaman. Sorry if it looked like another class, but it follows the rules, aLabaster doesn't so I'll drop that.
Ever wonder what the rumble Run cards would be like in the HS world, well wonder no more and look at the custom collection created to solve that question in Rumble Run Returns! http://www.hearthcards.net/setsandclasses/#5363
Yeah, you're right. I guess Druid and Rogue borders look kinda similar.
To be honest, the card fits Rogue pretty well, since drawing a lot is part of their identity. The 5-mana version is very interesting, albeit a bit overpriced IMO.
Thanks for all feedback concerning my Shadowglaive! Much appreciated!
The watermark will be changed, probably to a custom one since the artwork neither fits Outland/Scholomance and Demon Hunter wasn't a thing before that. If Illidan (or dual classes) could travel in time, it would mostly feel like a Frozen Throne card.
Regarding the effect and it's power level, I think I'm probably content as it stands. Alternatives could be a 3/2/2, 4/3/2 or the current 3/3/2 but legendary instead of epic. @grumpymonk pointed out the awkwardness of not being able to use the weapon the same turn it's played and suggested an end of turn effect instead. I also considered something like "Outcast: After your hero's next attack, gain..." I think this would increase the power level significantly, and the choice between offensive weapon or defensive getaway is in my opinion what makes the card interesting and (more or less) balanced. I also think an immediate effect makes more sense and is more flavorful. It's powerful as it stands, but not too OP like pre-nerfs Demon Hunter if you get my point.
I will give it some more thought and submit tomorrow. :)
Thank you everyone for the feedback! I've made a few alternate art versions of the paladin/rogue card as some didn't like the art and/or name.
Which one is better?
I'll boop you
Scarlet Agent looks best! There are just intense colors here, which looks good.
Attempting to bridge some mana and beast play between druid and mage. Feedback?
Official Lorekeeper and Spinner of Tavern Tales
An admirable effort. There is a syntax error as "Mana Crystal" is always capitalized.
The two options seems weak. The first one reminds me of Darnassus Aspirant, and the second one is bad in Mage which lacks a lot of Beasts to use the effect.
Any suggestions on a replacement effect then? I was thinking the other choice could be "your opponent has one less mana crystal while this is on the board", but decided to try and lean into the beast stuff instead.
Official Lorekeeper and Spinner of Tavern Tales
The best (and really, only) thing I can tell you is to drop the Beast synergy since you can't pair it with Hunter for obvious reasons, meaning one class is going to get shafted if you go with that effect.
Decided to stick with the 2nd one and lowered it's cost by one Mana. This is so that if you use one card, you virtually use 6 Mana to draw 3 cards and use one you find.
I'd love to here your thoughts on if this is too weak or strong before I submit it.

I’ve changed my card, as the 2-class Secret had some issues with it. Let me know what you think! I’ll try to give feedback later.
I make bad custom Hearthstone cards sometimes.
Wailor - Crew Cook is nice and I like the effect, but yeah, I agree that that it is not a good flavor fit for priest. I don't know about Serpentine Fang. It benefits demon hunter a lot more than druid, which only has its hero power while demon hunter has plenty of weapons. Demon hunter would also have a 3 mana Assassinate, and I don't know if taking face damage is enough of an additional cost. I also like Feed the Swarm, but I have the feeling that some people might think that it might be too narrow a card to vote highly.
BasilAnguis - I like the first one the best, both art and name. The light in the backgrounds of the other arts are distracting when looking at the card imo.
GoliathTheDwarf - I don't see how the effect fits in mage. It feels more like a druid-only card rather than druid-mage card, as both effects fits well into what druid can do.
Pokeniner - Seems a little too strong in the early game and too weak in the late game. Early on, you're not going to play the drawn cards anyway so it becomes a 4 mana draw 3. In the late game, the overload is too costly unless you hold the cards in your hand, which is too slow.
thepowrofcheese - A little boring for an epic, but the card is balanced and well designed. It could work the way it is worded currently, but secrets are normally put on the battlefield from the deck, such as Glacial Mysteries, not cast from the deck.
Yeah, I like this better
I'm back with some feedback, sorry for the delay but college is a bit of a time commitment.
In reverse order for those who haven't submitted:
thepowrofcheese: I think it could use some more flavor. I'd suggest "Cast a random Hunter Secret and Rogue Secret" but at least something to emphasize the different classes.
Pokeniner: The balance on this version is wonky. Maybe set the Overload to 1 and make it permanent? Or playing the spell has Overload unless you Combo it? I'm just not feeling it in it's current form.
Wailor: I'd reduce the health restoration on Crew Cook to 1 since Rogue isn't supposed to have good healing, you can reduce the mana on Serpentine Fang to 1 since you already have to give your hero Attack and it'll take damage, and Feed the Swarm is good as is. Serpinetine Fang is the best of the three IMO.
Neoguli: Aura effects don't normally apply to Health gains, so this one is a little weird. I like the flavor though, maybe just change the effect to be more Warrior-y (like gaining Armor or a bonus for taking damage).
TheHoax91: Not a bad idea, but it feels more like a Rogue ability than Paladin and Rogue/Mage is already in the game. Maybe switch it to Paladin spells and make it a Paladin/Rogue.
Nirast: I like it, not much else to say.

Check out the Tactician custom class!
Last version of the card. Final thoughts on the card before I submit?

Hi Everyone,
I've already submitted this card as I stumbled onto the competition with time running thin, but would still love some thoughts or feedback.
Both druids and Warriors like to leverage their big minions, and this is a flexible tool to use those big minions to better control the board. I think it's comparable to Charge, but with some extra upsides when using it alongside faster minions with rush, and can give your big minion an extra attack on a single turn.
Hey, uhm, I choose a custom emblem for the expansion, what expansion do I pick when submitting the card?
I didn’t pick anyone, I hope that was ok. =/
(Plzzzzz mods let it be ok!!)
If you pick a custom watermark, I believe you can just leave the option blank. There's no penalty or anything for doing so
I wanted to have a dual card with two heads!
Your feedback is welcome.
Pokeniner - Looks good to me!
Arkasaur - I like the card a lot, but it shouldn't have a classic watermark because dual class cards don't make sense there.
ultraheroic - It's too hard to make use of the effect at 8 mana. 4 mana 4/4 or 5 mana 5/5 would be better. Also, I prefer a custom watermark instead of classic.
Thanks everyone for feedback! I’m sorry I haven’t given much this time, will do better next round. I’ve tinkered with my card and changed it out for an idea from one of my custom classes.
I make bad custom Hearthstone cards sometimes.
That card terrifies me with Hanar still in standard. Otherwise, looks good.
You might want to hurry.

I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Good luck to our finalists :)
Isn’t the Druid-Paladin one a strictly worse Keeper of Uldaman?
Make The Cow King an alternate Warrior skin plz
I don't think so. It is one mana cheaper for one less health and has more variety in how it can be played. Sometimes you don't want or need both the attack and health set to 3.
Forgot it cost 4, nvm
Make The Cow King an alternate Warrior skin plz
Congratulations to grumpymonk!
Not gonna lie, I was absolutely sure I was going to win this one.
But if there was a card I'd lose to, grumpymonk's would've been it. Nice job, grumpy.
Thank you, Link and Demon!
Congrats grumpymonk!
