Is it just me or is this yet another completely broken weapon for Paladin?
Decent tempo the turn you play it. On turn 3, 2 attack should be enough to kill a minion, or finish one off. It helps you create and maintain a healthy board over the following two turns... then gives Divine Shield to ALL of your minions... what the hell?
Don't overrate this one. 2/3 weapons are notoriously terrible if they don't have an additional effect attached. You can only proc this one after 2 turns of playing it, at which point most decks should be able to minimize the value you can get from it.
I doubt this will see play unless Paladin really needs to run weapons all of a sudden (and they already have better choices)
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Would be really strong and slot nicely into an odd paladin list if that divine shield to all minions effect was a battlecry. As it stands, you will often end up getting the effect too late. One thing of potential note is that you could deliberately break this with a Muster for Battle to get the effect earlier, but that seems like a waste of resources.

Hmm 2/3 weapon seems pretty slow if you want to actually trigger the deathrattle ASAP, however it does give you control about when you want to trigger the deathrattle so thats good.
But despite everything i don't know what deck even wants it. Dude pally has Lothraxion the Redeemed, and Balloon Merchant already...
In wild i don't think ODD Pally even wants it. Maybe it sees play in some kind of Divine Shield paladin? Meh.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Very solid weapon, but so was Coghammer and that card was, if I recall correctly, at the most a 1-of in a tempo/midrange Paladin.
Arena > Wild > Standard
This is really good. Reminds me of that spellburst minion that does the same, but with the only setup being equipped.
Decent card overall but it's hard to see running this over Sword of the Fallen.

This seems like a slightly more proactive Imprisoned Celestial, but I don't think that's good enough. This is no Coghammer.
Its kinda good, but also kinda bad. Good because the effect on a good day will allow you to basically swing the board. Bad, because its a card you have to include into your deck. And since it has 3 charges, you'll likely have to cut off other weapons like Sword of the Fallen or Hammer of the Naaru. I don't see this card ever overtaking those cards.
Im not seeing this card being anything other than a desperate attempt to finishing an achievement.
Better weapons exist. I like Blizzard's idea with "give the board shield" but it's never worked. Imprisoned Celestial, Balloon Merchant, Righteousness really haven't done much. The only one that's really worked is Lothraxion but that's because he doesn't care about your current board only your future board.

I'm questioning how often you'll have a decent board when you proc the deathrattle. It would probably be OP as a battlecry.
