If you can get this out early it's game winning and it's still powerful later on. The main issue right now is the density of big spells. Outside of Mask, Deep Freeze, Flamestrike and possibly Overflow (which isn#t all that good when cast randomly) there's nothing relevant you can pull with this....yet.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Unless you manage to get your second tower out of the first ?
That would make for heavy value ... or wasteful effect that won't stack, not sure
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Double Tower would definitely be sick, but again, you'd need a decent amount of big spells to make that worth it and a shell to build around it so the deck doesn't just do nothing for 5 turns.

This seems to be intended for some kind of Big Spell mage that uses spells like Deep Freeze, Mask of C'Thun, Flamestrike, and maybe even Grand Finale to make sure this consistently hits good, impactful spells. Maybe that's a real deck with Celestial Ink Set and Balinda Stonehearth helping to cheat out big spells. I'm not sold on it - the whole thing looks a bit too slow right now, but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
This is a pretty good objective/landmark, compared to the others. Definitely meant for big spell mage and would be very good at 5 mana with Balinda Stonehearth
Hoping we get at least one more big spell over 6 mana that will fit into the deck. It isn't a great feeling having to run bad big spells like Grand Finale which brings down the overall win rate of the deck.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Of course this has the potential to be very good, but maybe not with the current pool of big spells. We do have a huge amount of big spell activators though, so maybe this is finally enough to push it.
Depends if this casts with random targets (I assume) or only targets enemies. Could be really good to auto cast some big spells, but not being able to target what you want means this can also waste good spells in your deck.
Although it costs 10, I'm counting this as more Big Spell support and not a Big Spell in itself (mainly because it doesn't do anything on its own). My initial thought is that this goes into C'Thun Mage, since it can pull out as many as three of the pieces of C'Thun over the course of three turns. Could be a nice combo with Clumsy Courier or Balinda Stonehearth to be played quickly and actually start working towards C'Thun. I say they could be a nice combo, but I legitimately don't see this in a deck that doesn't run either of those minions, it's too expensive otherwise.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Arena: Nope, don't even think about it!
Constructed: Meant to be cheated out early by cards like Clumsy Courier or Balinda Stonehearth. But still, what are you doing in the turns prior to that? I can only hope it's going to be viable.
Arena > Wild > Standard
This spell won't be casted on full cost.
Will be played with these cards: Magister Dawngrasp, Balinda Stonehearth, Rune of the Archmage, Grey Sage Parrot, Clumsy Courier, Celestial Ink Set.
I wonder if objective effects overlap, say you re-trigger this with Grey Sage Parrot, will it cast 2 spells at the end of the turn?
AMAZING card. One of the most CORE parts of BIG spell mage. Iceblood Tower can cast Iceblood Tower #2 if its still in your deck, allowing you to BREEZE through your Big spells. But that's the only problem with Iceblood Tower. If you cast so many Big spells, your gonna run out fast. Which means you need a lot of big spells, AND those big spells need to have synergy with being cast at random.
But hey standard aside. I'm just a simple man, and Iceblood Tower can cheat out Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron, Deck of Wonders (Even though it has anti-synergy) and Rune of the Archmages in wild. So i give 5 stars. >:)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Super late game, but when you are playing anything with a mana cost 6+ you are planning on late game stuff anyway.
If you're spending 10 mana (or maybe cheating this out for less) to cast 3 spells, you're going to want them to be as big as possible. So this will go in a big spell deck.
To me, this is trash. To be honest. Unless you can cheat this out, this is just bad,
If Im not mistaken this is technically a spell, so you can cheat it out. But even if you can, this casts spells at random, and I would assume it'll also consume the card in your deck as well. So, what exactly are we expecting out of this card? Puzzlebox would be insane, but the new Rune of the Archmage isn't that, so you're not really building much of a board. In fact, there are some cases where this will backfire spectacularly, since mass poly and other target spells will sometimes target your own minions, or indeed, your face.
Maybe I'll find myself eating my own words later, but we'll never know. Without testing, for now, this is just not very good to me.
This requires a lot of big spells in the deck which may make the deck worse against aggro but I will still make a deck with it, it’s just really fun.
Real truly good big spell support. Big spell will be living large for at least the next year off the back of this card alone.

Anyone remembering feeling bad for those poor afkers who didn't make the run through Field of Strife and stayed to defend the towers?
Wow very powerful for big spells deck, but I don't know if it is an antisinergy with Dawngrasp hero card.
I guess so, but only time will tell
I'm very much looking forward to playing this card. Big Spell Mage isn't going to run all the burn spells that we have associated with mage for the past little bit. Instead it is going to run the non targeted spells that will only benefit you. I think this will be plenty of fun.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
After the theory crafting stream, Big Spell Mage looks like a Big Timmy trap.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Probably too random in practice, but they really know how to play to my love of flashy effects for Mage. Really excited to iterate with this one.
Welcome to the site!
The reason for playing Big Spells Mage, very powerful deck enabling card. Prepare to see this played a lot in the first week of expansion release.
Far too expensive and unreliable, in my opinion. Doubt this will see any play.
