So, there will be no card reveal today?

It will be nice if blizzard would communicate more. I know information is power but seriously? Are we just supposed to refresh hs reddit or toast's? It's not that i'm angry that it didn't get revealed, it's just a card in a card game. But the blizzard continuous lack of communication tilts me. This is so bad for the players, no wonder people get angry with the game. Never change blizzard, never change...

This is why reveal is late.

Toast said weeks back that he was turning down the reveal. The fact that Blizzard didn't amend their guide until after the reveal was supposed to happen is kind of ridiculous.

That card reveal is no longer on the official time table (https://playhearthstone.com/en-gb/cards?set=saviors-of-uldum), so don't hold your breath. I have no idea when it got removed, it could have been a hour or a week ago.

Yes, that's why blizzard should have acted and made things clear. Or at least say, "due to problems etc. there wont be any card reveal". there's nothing wrong with that. But they didn't do anything with all their buckets of dollars.

But, but, I wanted to see Mummy Hogger. Blizzard should send the card to Out of Cards to reveal.

Removing the card reveal from the schedule shows at least one person knows there is a problem. It is a shame it took this long for Blizzard to take some action.

Cannot believe that Thijs didn't get a card to reveal.

That guy day in, day out, champions Hearthstone through his streams and he didn't even get a reveal?!? When other streamers have gone to play other games he still plays HS and seems to genuinely enjoy it. Bonkers decisions by Blizzard! I hope Thijs turns down any reveals in the future!

He may not be everyone's cup of tea (tea, geddit?) but you can't say he doesn't do a lot for the game and he is immensely popular.

FeelsBad for Thijs.. one of the favorites HS player. If he gets a reveal in future, I dont think he will turn it down.. He is very sweet/humble to do that

Reveal assignments should be confirmed by streamers before becoming public...

And if/when confirmed the streamer is bound to reveal it no matter what and call it a day.

It's pretty obvious Toast returned the card (he did it more than a week ago) because he doesn't like how the company treated him during these years and doesn't want to be related to it in any way anymore, that's all. People, remember this guy has a vendetta towards Blizzard, hehe. :P :P :P

And as I posted on Hearthpwn, anyone believing in Toast's words and the community having some impact on his decision, needs to grow up and stop believing in Santa Clauss... XD XD XD

I appreciate Toast's frankness and insight.  It's a shame he receives so much negative feedback.  And while I have plenty of misgivings regarding Blizzard it's to their credit that they still offered him a card reveal.

Blizzard sent a card to reveal to toast but toast doesn't play HS anymore so he didn't really want to reveal the card. People on Reddit started to talk about "why does toast get a card but thijsNL not" and it blew a bit up. Toast said: I’m returning the card Blizzard sent me to reveal for the new Hearthstone expansion. This is both due to my personal feelings on HS and recent community reaction to me revealing a card.

Thank you for responding but I meant about Blizzard mistreating Toast, last time I saw anything about toast was about the clickbait tittles and how poorly he responded, sad to see him still not responding well to criticism

Can someone explain to me with no bias or toxicity what happened? 

As I understand it and remember from the time, 2 years ago Blizzard gave Toast a short ban since he discovered and streamed a flaw/bug (Might have been a 'cheat') in the game. 

What I remember thinking at the time it was unfair, since Toast had done this kind of thing since the game had started. It was poor treatment towards a community member, and imo Toast's view of Bliz and the game since has not been the same. 

This is not bias towards or against toast, just my recollection from the time.

You know what's really funny? 

• People were outraged that Toast got the card over someone more deserving
• Toast returns the card and tells Blizzard to reassign it so people are less outraged
• Now people are outraged that Toast is not revealing the card
