Elemental Mage, if it should ever exist for serious play COULD use this... more likely than not though there are better cards.

The power creep is crazy with this one. Waterboy, but has +2 health, Elemental tag, Freeze, and the Hero Power doesn't need to be used the same turn.

That's a solid 2 drop, a pretty versatile too due to the multiple synergy it can provide
    I also like the artwork!

Its another Tour Guide for mage. Almost tailor-made for ping mage. Is there ever a doubt that this will see play?

And crucially this is the only minion along with Frozen Shadoweaver that allows you to freeze your opponent's face.

Unless I'm wrong this shouldn't work with Reckless Apprentice beyond one minion so that synergy is a bust. At the same time, just having an extra Tour Guide in Hero Power Mage is pretty sweet and we desperately needed playable Mage minions too.

Also some minor Freeze support in case that ever goes anywhere.

    I tried having fun once.

    It was awful.

So HP mage support but 2 expansions too late? Not sure where you'd use this card, maybe after you've played Magister Dawngrasp? The more I look at it, the more I think it's not needed. Maybe big spell mage can utilize the card for stalling?

Might be  a very strong tool for both Ping Mage and Big Spell Mage (since they need early game minions). However, mages have not wanted to actually play minions for several expansions now and I am really not sure if this will change.

Seems like a solid 2-drop elemental for hero power Mage, worth the inclusion in that specific deck.

A dramatically better Tour Guide for Mage. I wonder how it interacts with Reckless Apprentice.

It does work with reckless apprentice.  Not sure why you think it wouldn't.

Daring Fire-Eater works with reckless apprentice, I know because I've used it in Duels mode. Therefore it stands to reason this will as well.

PING MAGE BACK ON THE MENU! I'm very excited about this! Amplified Snowflurry can even be good after you Magister Dawngrasp, because the hero power will still deal damage! Very solid minion!

RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

This might be okay with Wildfire. Assuming 3 or 4 damage doesn't just kill the target. Then you just have the cost reduction.

It looks promising, the ability to stall the game a bit - includes face freeze - for basically free should be good enough to find spot somewhere. I might dust off my golden Jaina DK for a spin.

Strong card, set your hero power to 0 and give it freeze is a very strong tempo move. Very good indeed

Ping Mage support? Early minion to help control the board for Big Spell Mage? Why not both? I like this card. We already know that free hero powers are powerful. Put one on a stick and add a freeze to it makes for something nice.

Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.

Good for Freeze decks, kind of good for Hero Power decks. If the meta allows it, maybe we'll see this in Hero Power Mage again. Other options: discounting Floecaster, enabling Freeze kill effects.

As much as everyone memes about minions in Mage being bad, this is incredibly strong.

Doesn't even need to be in a dedicated Hero Power deck, the utility of a free Freeze at some point is great for anything looking to stall out the game a bit longer.

Overall a strong card with quite a few synergies. I can see it having some play.
