Possibility of buffs regarding Quests

We can all more or less agree that new quests didn't really shake up meta, another thing is whether it was their purpose or they were rather designed for "fun".
Regarding this matter, I want to know your opinion on the possibility of future buffs of quests or maybe they will be buffed indirectly by adding some support cards? If there was some feedback from game devs on this topic feel free to share it, I might have missed it :)

Not all cards are made to "shake up the meta". But I would argue they did shake it up because we have multiple new archetypes that you see on ladder. Whether they are viable or not isn't the point. They did change the meta. We are in a completely different world than the last month of RoS. It's not the same meta at all. Yes some quests are played more than others, but the same applies to all cards in a set. Any time new cards are introduced, the meta is going to get a shake up. That's why they print new cards.
As for future buffs. Maybe someday? Buffs are new territory, so it's hard to say for sure, and the devs haven't said anything.
One indirect buff could be the round of nerfs coming in. With the top T1 decks being targeted, it opens the path for other decks that were hard countered by the big 3. Nerfs shake up the meta, and give a chance for other decks to develop. Druid for example stood no chance against the top 4 decks of the meta. With 3 of those getting a nerf, it opens up the possibility for it to see a better win rate.
As for furthering support. This is EXTREMELY likely (except Paladin because the reborn mechanic will most likely stay within SoU). Blizz always looks at archetypes that are fun but not viable, and prints support cards to try and make the deck work. The Warlock quest was made specifically because of Plot Twist, which was a cool card, but had little use. The quest was made to try and create support for this fun card. Yes it is still meme tier, but not every deck needs to be T1 to have it's place in the game.
A lot of the quests have cards that will always be a thing. Example: Choose One cards will always be part of Druid's identity. And Battlecry cards have been around since the dawn of time. So any new battlecry cards could help out the Shaman Quest.
I feel like the quests have shaken up the meta somewhat. Shaman and priest I see a lot of. Sometimes Rogue. They are not all seeing play, sure. But more cards will come out to help these quests in future sets. (at least I hope so!)
Im a bit bummed as well about the lack of competitive quest lists. at sub 5 I hardly see any quests. The only new deck is see at all regularly is highlander hunter and I'm pretty sick of playing against hunter.
I think others are right in that future releases have a good chance at making them more viable but man is that a long time to wait to play the main theme of the current expansion.
Yep, i also thought we would see way more of the Quests !
The Quest that sees most play right now to my surprise is Making Mummies - sure sometimes there is a Quest Druid or a Shaman but the Quest card with the most playtime right now is Paladin. But i think even tough the other Quests are not the best Ones right now that they still shaked the meta up quite nice :)
But as GypsiHunter stated the Quest could also get more viable with next expansion :)

Well all shamans I face are quest ones. So Shaman only plays that deck now it seems. Paladin has 2 decks left, one is the quest the other is the OTK/combo one. Hunter quest I see rarely, mage quest never. I have 0 winrate with it. Do not even know how to buff that one properly. Priest quest is strong. Warrior would be OK if warrior did not have even stronger T1 decks to choose from.
Realy - what server are you playing on? because im playing EU and the Shamans i face are mostly murloc Shamans - sure some Quest Shamans pop up now and then but mostly Murlocs.
Only had one opponent playing the Hunter Quest since the new expansion and i personaly think that it is not that good - Mage i saw some at the start of the Expansion but now not a single one!
Priest Quest is pretty strong in some sort of Rezz/Wall Priest and Warrior could maybe work in some sort of Aggro Build i guess. Warlock Quest also does not realy see play right now and the only build i saw with the Quest that i realy liked was some kind of Mecha'thun build - but to slow/weak for the ladder.

I love my Paladin Quest. I have had more quits from opponents when they see me drop lifesteal minions and copy them than not. Also, copying a magnetized mech like Mechanical Whelp with a Zilliax, is just wonderful
I am on EU server also, currently resting at level 5. Maybe murloc shamans sometimes as well. Or I remember the quest ones better because they irritate me more lol.
I don't think we can all agree on that. There were certain quests you knew wouldn't be competitive. But Druid and Shaman are absolutely competitive. I think Paladin has some issue, but it's absolutely playable. They were all being suppressed (primarily) by Luna's Pocket Galaxy bullshit. That should stop now.
But no, quests won't get buffed directly. They'll be indirectly buffed. But that's pretty true of all decks.
Ok - im on rank 4 now and mostly face Murloc Shamans but true the Quest Shamans are more memorable ;)
