N'zoth in standard

Just wondering the implications of this, [Hearthstone Card (karthut defender) Not Found] is one of the most synergistic cards ever with N'zoth sure in wild it's not a thing cause wild have much better comboes.
I am not that great of a deck builder any crazy decks you can make with N'zoth in standard?
My first instinct is quest warlock since the deck runs a lot of deathrattle taunts and N'zoth would ressurect them all to make a really strong swing turn.
sure there are 21 other cards we don't know about but let's theoricraft a bit before the 4th of october.

Actually, the Khartut Defender is a Wild thing already, for many players who choose Renolock.
Not staple in that deck, but fairly common.
So i daresay it can easily become a staple in Standard, for any deck trying to be Midrange or Control.
About Warlock, and in general any deck, i guess a lot depends on it being able to actually survive for 10 turns. And surely Khartut helps there. But how much?
In other words, it's not just what N'zoth himself can do, but more what the deck can do before him.
Finally, for all those already dreaming of the return of the Wall of the Dead, don't forget Priest could use Mass Dispel, while being a Combo deck already...
PS: considering DR, and adding some extra tokens, Plague of Flames could finally shine for Standard Warlock.
Well i guess there surely can be some sort Deathrattle Shenanigans with him - even without other Wild Cards - Mecha' Thun for example ... or maybe the Rogue Legendary Anka could be playable as soon as this comes to the Standard Meta!
Ragnaros could bring somekind of Big/Rezz Priest back in the Meta - sure Wall/Rezz Priest is still there but i think with the addition of Rag this could gain popularity !
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
I suppose we'll see a lot more viable control decks
At this point N'zoth can fit into a multitude of decks.
A few noteworth instances are:
Deathrattle Control Paladin (you can always run a 3-card Shirvallah combo as a 25-damage finisher when grinding isn't enough)
Deathrattle Rogue (which, outside of card draw issues could absolutely beat every other control deck just via bouncing and then shuffling N'zoth)
Control Warlock (plot twist with Dorian and Betrug means getting out Deathrattles quickly and in the case of betrug also preventing them from being polymorphed, which could solve both the lack of healing and lack of win condition that Warlock suffers from)
multiple Highlander variants (since Kartut defender counts as two spawns for N'zoth, and Applebaum can be the fird, which is enough lategame value and can be stacked up with more solid Deathrattles)
Mechrattle Hunter (the Oblivitron build) might come back, since you can build it in a way that maximizes both Zul'jin and N'zoth value for ultra lategame power
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
It's an amazing win-more card in quest Warlock, but I don't see a really good application for N'zoth in standard otherwise. I also think the old god is the victim of power creep: we have a lot more cards that build wide boards (Phaoris, Nomi, Zul'jin) than were present during Whispers of the Old Gods, and I don't think the deathrattle pool is that exciting ATM.
Personally I'm a lot more excited about exploring the possibilities with Emperor T. There has to be some sort of degenerate OTK combo with him, especially in Druid.
if there is any kind of OTK to be found with Emperor Thaurissan than MarkMcKz will find it.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Can. Not. Wait.
Super greedy N'zoth quest priest V2.0 incoming
Man these cards did nothing wrong and were balanced, why did they have to be moved from wild :Kappa:
I do want to see what cards exactly are coming back though ... Sylvanas+Nine lives being standard for example is great !
I'm also curious to find out if that fit into the E.V.I.L. v/s L.o.E storyline.. maybe Deathwing will be back too ..
ARES summons Erymanthian Huffer.
ARES declares attack with Huffer .
Adonis' hp reached 0. ARES wins!
I think both Warlock and Quest Priest (particularly priest) should benefit.
Warlock can play 4 copies of NZoth, and Priest can play 3 (in a super optimistic world).
Priest's Quest doubles down on the board presence.
Warlock still needs to figure out what it's doing in the end game. Seems likely that it may have to do with Emperor and something OTK-y...b/c that deck can't finish.
Emperor Thaurissan into 6 mana Prophet Velen x2 2 mana Vivid Nightmare and x2 0 mana Holy Smite for 32 dmg otk combo.
Greedy, but funny.
By The Holy Light!
