ok that's a powerful card if you have tokens, for pally on arena it's gonna be good and if you make some trade and you minion got 1 health you can transform and trade again on average is 2 5/4 for 5 mana plus the token, it's prety powerful.
On part with Oasis Surger if you can get a 1 drop to transform. Buff this up even +1+1 and it becomes nuts.
Oh, and did blizzard did a whoopsie when this got printed? I thought the very point of nerfing Saronite Chain Gang was because cards like this on neutral creates those bs Shudderwock combos in standard.
Fair. But then again oasis surger was a 5 mana 10/10 in stats, which is already very very good, and is only viable in one deck. And that deck doesn't typically run hand buffs.
This being on neutral means its more flexible. And that is a massive point in its favor
I think it will definitely work best in Galakrond rogue, it's going to be overflowing with Lackey's from invoking so this is a moster turn five or six play, you get the battlecry from the lackey and then turn it into a 5/4 with rush, that's huge board clear for a class that struggles with board clear. It may even double hit with Spirit of the Shark?

Can be insane in any deck that generates cheap tokens, or lackeys. It is basically Oasis Surger that requires you to have a token on board.

It works a bit like Tinkmaster Overspark. So it doesn't mean the outcome will be good all the time. But I think most of the time it will be
You get to chose which minion will be transformed, and it is only friendly minions, so this is not like tinkmaster overspark.
With a wisp, it's a 10/8 rush for 5 mana. One class or another will bank on this card, it's just nasty.

Handbuffing is not very common, and you'll have to have a weak minion on board. Seems to situational to be more than a 2star card.
We did not need Shudderwock to go infinite again! Like seriously!

It's really good in zoo decks too i think, transforming a less relevant lackey in a 5/4 is not that bad
