It's so funny looking back on people's reactions to this card. Turns out, it's probably the best Invoker. Some board control and another effect is all you need when you're just trying to fill synergy. The only decks that don't use this are slower Priest and Warlock ones.
It's the Disciple of C'Thun effect. The only reason C'Thun worked is because it had a fast, reactive synergy card.
Although some invoke goes nice with this, the plain body value of it is too low—the 2 health doesn't really matter anyway as these rush minions are usually made to die.
4 mana 2/2 rush is weak, i don't like the invoke mechanic neutral cards because it limit the other 4 classes of options, but if the galakrond decks need some invoke cards, they will use it even if is bad.
I think this card will only see play if there are no other invoking cards available or if invoke will be a broken mecchanic. 4 Mana for a 2/2 rush is expensive
It may be necessary in some Galacron decks, but I hope they can do better than a 4 mana 2/2 rush. Even considering that the invokes can be priced at 1.5 mana, its at best a 2 mana 2/2 rush, very underwelming.
Will only see play if there are no other invoking cards available. Its decent in all the Galakrond decks shown except in priest since it will most likely result in a somewhat small tempo swing when played.
Its rare for a card that carries the new keyword to be designed so ridiculously weak that it never sees play. Don't think there's going to be any more new neutral invoke cards to be revealed, but I damn well hope I'm wrong.

Hilarious that this was voted so low and then turned out to be a staple for over a year.
Doing some achievement hunting today and it makes me chuckle seeing the initial reaction to this card. This one turned out to be a staple invoke card.

I liked her when Shaman wasn’t nerfed.

It invokes, but stats are horrible. Galakrond definitely has better invokers than this crap.
Not a very good card. Maybe it's good for Zoolock because you summon two 1/1 imps.

bad card but without much option will see play
Maybe, just maybe good enough in Warrior, other than that trash
Even in a Galakrond deck, this card is just a filler, doesn't seem too good
really bad stats, will see how good is galakron

4 mana deal 2 damage invoke? Yeah trash.
Not even the dagern decks will run this.
Why would you play this?
Not even the invoke tag would justify playing this abomination.
Its either the sleepiest card of all expansions or its just plain garbage.
I am betting on the latter one.

at 3 mana this could see play. 2atk rush is ok but not powerful and for 4 mana i don't expect this to see play really
If you ignore that the invoke will trigger galakrons ability, this has really bad stats.
Seems ok, but fairly underwhelming
