Yeah, the more I think about it the more I believe this will be an auto include in any deck running spell-based removal above the 2-damage mark.
Mage loves it
Druid adores it
Warlock just orgasmed at the thought of an 8-damage Nether Breath
In fact, the only classes who can'T reallly use it as well are Warrior and Paladin and even those have some useful spells.
Thanks to the new protection rule I'M probably gonna craft these guys before even opening packs.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
I’d argue Hunter would have more trouble using the card well, given that their board clears generally aren’t good enough to be run on their own. It’s not too often that a nice combo is enough to make a card playable.
Could see most Classes absolutely loving this card though, could get some really big board clears from some spells
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
Interesting neutral with a powerful effect. I guess a lot of spell decks will include it.
And it's a demon - a tribe we will most certainly see a lot of in this expansion.
“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.” ― George Bernard Shaw
EU Legend: S52 (ZooHeal Lock); S76 (Highlander Hunter);
Its probably more likely to backfire than not. The player playing this will be 2 mana short and any board developed can literally be destroyed by the opponent just as easily.
More likely its an inclusion into control decks, and nothing else. I'm more interested to see if this card can actually push rogue into acontrol archetype.
This will probably find a home somewhere, but it's pretty niche.
I'm not totally sold that the effect is worth dedicating 1 or 2 card slots towards.
Stats are good though, so that helps a lot.
Auto include for every deck running any type of targeted damage minion removal.
Meh...
Instead of running mediocre Removal, that requires another Card to become good, and a Minion that does nothing on its own, I'd just... run Removal that's good in general.

Is that really a demon?
... not a fan of the artwork
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
2/4 for 2 mana are great stats. The aura of this minion seems to be active for both players, which is an interesting effect.
Interesting card, might be a good anti-Aggro early drop for Control decks
This guys eats a backstab for lunch and falls over...
amazing control tool. Might even make weaker board clears usable (like Arcane Explosion)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
good for control decks, it's doubles every spell that doesn't hits face, very potent with AOEs.. specially in mage, probably good in highlander mage.
sick card that supports board clear or when you are at disadvantage in damage. But keeping a copy or 2 of this in your deck just for the purpose of countering a disadvantageous board seems a little meme
Cool design, but I just don't see this effect being worth a deckslot since it can backfire quite badly when played on his own.
Strong stat whit a op power. We will se play for sure in druid / rouge deck but it can fit in all control deck with board removal
Good for control to get some extra "oomph" out of your board clears. Hagatha's Scheme could do some insane damage paired with this.
Very nice anti aggro tool, filling a slot only really filled by bloodmage thalnos currently in setting up wipes with cheap AoE. I like it, but I like it less than thalnos.
This post is discussing the wild format.
A card you would consider in control decks, can easily be played along aoe immediately because of the low cost.
This is a great card for any control strategy.
I'm not sold on this card: I think it will see experimentation, but eventually falls into obscurity after people determine the mirrored effect is too dangerous. Could be wrong. Kripp pulling it randomly in the stream is what I envision will happen to most of us.
I appreciate that the text is double spell damage applied to minions only.
it's a minion that can fit into almost any class that wants to use direct damaging spells.
the downside is that your minions are effected by this as well, be prepared
Poor Shamans will get this always from 1-mana evolves. Should I be sad because of this ? OFC not !
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
Combo well with board clear, obviously the minion for control deck. Surely playable as a 2 of.
Suggestion: this card will backfire on you much more often than it works in your favor.
The decks that don't run spells will play around this card, and the decks that do run spells will wreck your face, because they won't be as reliant on minions that this could benefit from damaging.
It's a nifty one-of for a niche effect--as so often, epics are--but I don't see it becoming a staple. You'll find it a healthy inclusion in demon discover pools or other generation effects. But it's not a buildaround, as much as some might argue it is.
This one has crazy potential, specially in the hands of a Mage.
Well if you need to boost your board clear then you might play this guy, but in general I don't think this is a very good card. Symmetrical effects are always risky, and I don't know how often you would actually need the extra spell damage.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
