The ranked card back reward from 6 years ago has returned! This is the first time a Hearthstone card back has come back as a purchasable item in the shop.
Originally released in July 2014, this card back celebrated the Curse of Naxxramas adventure's release.
- You can purchase it for 500 Gold.
- The card back is also available for real money. (2.99 Euros, $2.99 USD)

I don't have this card back, but I don't like that they're doing this.
The monthly card backs should only be available to the people who earned them, pure and simple.
And no, it's not worth five packs, so I won't be getting it.
Poor old timers. Their season-exclusive cardbacks will no longer be exclusive to them.

I think depending on how this goes, that is the plan, to bring more card backs to the shop in the future. This surely is a test run.

I knew they will eventually start to put those "special", "extra old" card backs in the shop. I knew it.
And I am going to purchase it ofc. And wait patiently for the next one.
I like that you can purchase a card back for gold. Although you can get it by just beating the Curse of Naxx, who am I to judge. I would like to see some of the other older card backs become available like this

I'm definitely picking that up. It's one of the few card backs that I fancied when I first joined Hearthstone. Never thought the day would literally arrive where I can actually get my hands on it!
Cool to see such an iconic car back return.
It's not the fanciest but definitely holds significance in my books - back when most players had maybe 1 or 2 card backs to choose from, this was very exciting surrounding the expansion launch. :)
plus, I love equipping this one at Halloween! :D
Also, I've played from the start on and off so I'd like to see the option of more card backs returning for gold.. there's so many I've missed!
It's ok, but pass from me as I never liked neither the theme nor the artwork (it it lo too cheap imo).

500 gold is quite a lot, but given the no duplicate rule buying a large bunch of packs isn't really necessary anyways.
If they keep doing this for all the older cardbacks I'M gonna get the Pirate cardback I have been craving since forever.

I wish they would add cardbacks from other things, like the TeSPA cardback and other promotional event cardbacks.

I like this! Yes, Blizz makes more money, but nobody have to buy it if he don`t want to. But the peoples who want an old card back can buy it now. I wish Blizz would make all the old card backs avaible. I would love to buy the Old Gods card back. :)
I would totally buy that in a gif! The Old Gods has been one of the top of my favorites card backs that I didn't have.
I was wondering why this was in the store. So 500G for a card back seems reasonable.
