A new card has been revealed by Tarreo! Sorry, we published the incorrect image initially. This is a Deathrattle card, not a Spellburst.

We got a Windshear Stormcaller activator!
This is the first card that's been released that looks really powerful, but not "holy shit" powerful. It's actually a genuinely solid card that supports an archetype that already exists in a good way. There's not much more to it, it's just an honestly good card.
finally some good Totem Cruncher support. Wild meta will never be the same :^)
I'm so glad that this is not even costed, non Even Totem Shaman needs more love.
Seems too slow to me. 5 mana do nothing with overload 2. Maybe could see play in standard but I don't think in wild.
Probably one of the best thing to happen to totem shaman for a long time. And it was coming too. For some reason, we only ever see the best of an archetype when most of their toys will be rotating in less than a years time.
How does this help totem shaman? Well for one thing, its no longer requires a mandatory snowball playstyle where all your cards are just played to ensure the survival of a totem so you can go ham with Totemic Reflection on 3 or 5, with failure to stick a totem by turn 5 almost certainly means death. This one card alone means totem shaman can go midrange, and play a slower game.
The problem with this card is that its nearly always going to be silenced or transformed, or just destroyed and the deathrattle totems gets value traded for days. The overload doesn't help neither. On the other hand, you can have this as early as turn 1 with Lightning Bloom, skip turn 2, and Totemic Reflection on turn 3, and your opponent concedes.
Nice time to be a totem in shaman.
I think you underestimate how proactive Shaman can be early these days.
There's a good chance you can slam this down and not have to worry about it being removed conveniently.
At the end of the day any token-based Shaman deck can just steal the win via Bloodlust, so any card that makes it inconvenient for your opponent to remove your boad is a threat.
This is basically the double threat of either getting doubled by Reflection or turning into 4 tokens to be buffed by Vessina, Storm Surge or Bloodlust.
If you're ahead, then you're on course for victory anyway since totem shaman snowballs hard. But if from behind, this is still a 4/5 for 5, maybe 4/7 with Totemic Might, but its not exactly hard to remove. And one of the foibles of totems, which was why totem shaman tends not to do well from behind, is that they have 0 attack so its easy enough to value trade with anything.
With Lightning Bloom, I have no doubt this can easily get on earlier than usual, so its going to be a major threat either way.
Part of me wishes this had 1/7 stats (with a lower cost of course) so that it would have the combined stats of all 4 basic totems. Kinda like a Splitting Festeroot except it breaks into Totems instead.
Coolest minion in a long time.
The fact that this itself is a totem is a very big deal imo
Totem Goliath on T5 into T6 Vessina
add double Totemic Surge on top and baby we got a stew goin'
Finally an actual Totem minion. It's been years since Totem Golem and it's surprising it took them this long to print another one. Oh, Nightmare Amalgam was also a totem. But it was printed without them considering further support for totems at the time. Whatever. This thing looks scary at first glance but for current Totem Shaman it could be too slow at 5 mana. Lightning Bloom might help offset that but the overload on both cards could be too crippling. It's also a deathrattle which leaves it open against silences, polymorphs and all that stuff. It's nice that they are starting to take the Totem tribe a little more seriously but i don't think this will be a big deal.
He is the master of all four elements! But then... the fire nation attacked
without overload or less mana cost can be great card but with i don't think it good
You probably never played totem shaman...
Totem Shaman is a high tier two deck but when I play it I have a hard time sticking a totem so this helps....plus you can totemic reflection this and get another copy. https://hsreplay.net/meta/
ok... removing all totems from shaman is now somewhat harder...
Too slow for Wild, unless there is a Totem discounter on the way.
I want a legendary Totem so badly...
